This was the worst stay I have ever had in all my two years of travelling central and South America. I was lied to and deceived and I feel that it was because I am a solo female traveller so I am writing this to especially warn other female travellers not to stay here. I arrived at 7am and the receptionist kindly said I would rest in another room until 10am when I could check into my actual room. This has happened to me a few times for free at other hotels and he assured me that there would be no additional charge which I really appreciated. The next morning I told them that also my bus would be arriving the evening before my check out so I would still pay until my check out date but that they could get the room ready for another guest the night before because I would be leaving at 7pm, in an attempt to help them out. They then changed my receipt to say that the check out was day before but at 7am. Noticing this, I commented that I said I would be leaving at 7pm not 7am and obviously I had paid for the full time anyway so would like it to be changed to 7pm. They didn’t change the receipt but assured me verbally that that would be fine. Then that morning I got a message from them at 7am saying I needed to check out or I had to pay more (even though I had already paid until the following day anyway). They were extremely agressive with me about it and even made me cry. They didn’t even offer to take care of my bags until my bus so, not knowing anyone, and having to lug my bags around the city for 12 hours I had to leave because I was scared of them a day before what I had paid for because they said I was lying. They just wanted more money out of me and I feel appalled that an establishment would do that to anyone, let alone a solo female traveller. Also the rooms are so badly sound proofed I felt like I was in the bathroom with the guy in the room next to me. I even woke up once in the middle of the night to the noise of him peeing.

Second time staying here! But in a smaller apartment. Same cleanliness nice balcony Netflix and shower with jets! Only main difference is no hob so couldn't make tea but had a sink fridge and microwave still.

Beds weren't as comfy (too soft prefer firmer as in the mountain view)

Only a 5 min walk from the main plaza, bed was comfiest so far on our travels, view was nice, good we could watch Netflix aswell. They cleaned the room every day during our stay, only floors remained dirty after, they even washed up for us once! Kitchen was good microwave, hob, kettle and sink. Also a lovely shower with jets!

Kitchen didn't come stocked with anything at all, we even had to buy forks! Oil, washing up liquid and cloths too, should've been included as noone would stay long enough to use it all anyway. The terrace is shared with where they hang up laundry, so there are frequently people walking past all the windows into the apartment, so lacks privacy there.

Very close to center, but on a quiet, pretty street. room was very new, clean and spacious. great shower always with hot water

I think maybe the rooms vary so I’m not sure about the quality of some of the other rooms

The hotel is located in a really nice and quiet area close to the main square. I liked that it was a small hotel with not so many rooms. The beds were really comfortable. The shower was nice.

The room was quite small for three people with luggage. We did not know where to put them. I did not understand some things in the room. For example the glass windows on the doors, you can see the lights from the hallway every time somebody went there, which was annoying during the night, while on the balcony doors, which were without this window there was a dark curtain. And also, why there are not any dishes when there is a small kitchen? Even three cups, plates, or spoons, for triple room... You have to come early to have hot water in the bathroom...

Very good location and cleaness if the rooms.

Unfortunately Staff is not very friendly, smily and helpful. Not warm welcoming at the arrival, not ask if we need information about our stay. They only ask to pay and stop. Only whatsapp communication was used, also if we were nearby the reception. Then, We prayed them to have an hair dryer during all our stay and they didn't try in any way to provide it.
