Cette maison moderne de 3 chambres dispose d'un lit king size dans la chambre principale et un lit queen dans l'autre chambre à l'étage. La chambre du bas a 2 lits doubles et un lit pliant.
Détendez-vous dans le bain de SPA situé dans la salle de bains à l'étage.
Faire cuire un barbecue sur le balcon ou profiter de la grande cuisine bien équipée, y compris un lave-vaisselle.

The house was easy to find, was in walking distance from everything, the was a lot of room for all our ages groups to have some space to themselves. We all had a great time.

This property is in the perfect location with a very short stroll to the Kookaburra Restaurant and an easy walk into town and the birds that come to the balcony kept us entertained in the mornings and the evenings. It is also private and very quiet inside with the double glazed windows.
Unfortunately the property does not present like it does in the photos and was very dirty in many areas.

Kitchen well equipped, nice to have option double beds not queen for adult children or people who aren't partners.
Definitely needs ceiling fans or aircon in upstairs bedrooms though during warmer months.
Modern but not necessarily luxurious, but well priced.

We really enjoyed the experience. Home was close to town and quiet. Cozy.
Partner is fairly meticulous about detail and noticed a few small things, ie:
Shower head blocked (he fixed it for you :) )
One of the gas burners in the stove didn't stay on (top left)
One of the lights in the bathroom didn't work
Parking access quite tight and only suitable for a small car
Spoon drain on front access has been washed out a fair bit. Made getting in a bit tricky with a small car
What we loved:

House way bigger than expected, looked and felt very comfortable
(We witnessed a naughty cockatoo tipping the rubbish out of the waste bins on the road side, sorry about the mess but it wasn't us!)
We didn't use any of the downstairs rooms, and only stayed in the master bedroom, so should be nice and easy to reset.

Great location but property not worth the cost
Fell short for the price point. Good pantry. Poor quality linens, more in line with a cheap motel. No toiletries other than hand wash. No coffee machine and almost rude response by the manager when asking about what type of machine was available. On the plus side, loved the daily visits by the wildlife and the location was great. Will be looking elsewhere for next time

Great location in Halls Gap
We had a lovely long weekend in the July school holidays as a family of four. The house is in a fantastic location being a couple of minutes walk from the Main Street shops and cafes etc.
The house is great for a family holiday and all perfectly functional. Being the middle of winter it’s cold in the Grampians, with the single fan heater in the main living room struggling a bit to heat the bedrooms.
We’ll gladly go back again.

This property is centrally and conveniently located to explore Halls Gap. The perfect location to walk less than 200 metres into town, close to eateries etc. Fantastic views of the mountain ranges from all angles of the house. A great property which would comfortably fit one person, or 8!

Amazing location and spacious accommodation
A real getaway and great spot on the edge of town.

Fabulous position with spectacular views of the mountains and very close to shops and walks.
We loved the bird life and resident cockatoo.
The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and we loved the artwork

Fantastic location, within easy walk of Halls Gap centre. The property was well set up to accommodate our family group. The only let-down was that the place is in need of a really good spring clean! Janet was great to deal with. We would return again.

Halls Gap Central House
House was well presented and in a great location that I would definitely recommend. It wasn’t too hot on the weekend so the temperature in the house was fine except I can imagine it getting hot in the rooms as they don’t have air conditioning.
Minor draw backs were they didn’t provide any body wash, shampoo or conditioner. Fortunately I brought some so it wasn’t a big issue but a lot of people probably expect this to be provided.
Check out is also relatively early at 10am so it was a bit of a challenge with 2 young children after attending a wedding the night before. Would be great if they could extend this given they expect you to wash all the dishes, put them away and empty the rubbish bins before checkout.

Cooking Aroma
Great stay and will come back.
Hopefully the stove exhaust will be in working order then. Unfortunately when we checked in, we were greeted by a very strong cooking spice aroma in the house. A burner on the stove wasn’t working and neither was the light.
Other than the stove and exhaust, we had a wonderful stay. Excellent rooms, clean bright bathrooms, great view of the Grampians, and kangaroos everywhere, even right outside the house.

Family getaway
Beautiful modern house in a fantastic location, everything needed plus more, three good size bedrooms and the bathroom with a spa bath is perfect for relaxing after a weekend of hiking, would definitely recommend the property and hope to return again next year

The house at first impression was good. BUT many areas were lacking.
Such as:
Mould in the showers and on the ceiling in both bathrooms
Cupboards dirty
Toaster dirty
Cushions on couches stinking of body sweat
Bed throws soiled
Lawns not mowed
No soap, no tissues, no hair products, no milk
Broken blinds
