房間太舊，與圖不符，燈光又不足，好大陣煙味同up味，杯裂咗還給客人使用。

位置方便。早餐美味

31 5 房間冷氣不足，房內地方三尖八角，由廁所行出門口，出入都撞到電視機或者床邊。要小心翼翼。投訴冷氣不足，服務員來了2次，沒有解決冷氣不足的地方，只是話出風位有18度。但房間控制板顯示房內氣溫是24度，分明好熱。提出想換另外一間房間，又話full 哂。強力不滿下，2小時後最後換了一間5 15房，冷氣都尚可接受，但房間地氈破舊，有蛟飛來飛去。又見有死去的床蝨在床上。殘舊得令人十分不舒服。

Front of house staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to a busy area with lots going on but does go quiet at night so no issues with noise etc. Also its right next to the metro station so ideal to get to the airport or around Taipei. If you are looking to explore Taipei but want to be in an area that you can also experience some local life then this hotel is the place to stay. Hotels rooms are quite spacious and have all amenities including an ironing board.

The hotel was very busy so the lifts were quite full and it took a while for them to come, not the end of the world at all though. It was a very busy week in Taipei. The room had half a window so was a little but for how long i spent in there it was not a problem. avoid peak times at breakfast too else you might be waiting to get a table and will certainly be queuing at the coffee machine. The breakfast was ok but limited and quite basic.

We were sleeping and woke by some weird watering sound, then were shocked to see water pouring from the false ceiling!! Water just came out from few of the LED lighting holes. We called the front desk asked to send someone up to help. After 5min still no one, and we called again. Finally one hotel staff showed up and she was shocked to see what was happening in our room when we opened the door. After awhile few more people came tried to fix stuff. But until then, still no arrangements of changing room for us or even just ask if any of our personal belongings has been damaged by that. Having no where to go, we had to sit on the bed to see them fixing things with our packed wet suitcase. After like 10min, one staff finally realised need to arrange another room for us. Only photos can be uploaded here so I just screen cap a few from the video. Other than that, room is no clean as well, it's just so different from the hotel's pictures. Well, one positive thing about this hotel - location.

The location is good. It's so convient to shop around the night market.

The hotel is dirty, the glass is so obviously dirty. Carpet is old and uneven. almost tripped over the carpet many times along the walkway of our rooms. And the hotel breakfast need more improvement. Food is not nice at all and variety is disappointing.

위치만 좋습니다.

호텔 에어컨 꺼도 너무 춥습니다. 꿉꿉한 냄새(지하철냄새)납니다. 에어컨 꺼도 너무 추워서 엑스트라 이불이나 담요를 가져다 달라고 했더니 알겠다고 하면서 안가져다줬어요. 예약 당시 조용한 방으로 부탁한다고 메세지 남겼는데 반영되지도 않았습니다. 여긴 엄청 큰 호텔이라 개인에게 신경써주는걸 바라면 안됩니다. 큰 호텔이니 거의 단체관광, 수학여행 손님들 뿐입니다. 아침에 로비가면 수학여행 온 아이들이 바글거리고 단체 관광온 손님들로 북적입니다. 이러다보니 조식은 전쟁입니다. 그 단체관광객들 밥먹는 시간이 내가 나가는 시간과 같다? 이럼 밥 거의 못먹습니다. 먹을 순 있지만 일단 자리잡기 쉽지 않고 음식 담는데 경쟁입니다. 그리고 조식에서 특유의 향신료냄새납니다. 방에 먼지 엄청납니다. 움직이면 조명에 먼지가 떠다니는게 보여요. 시티뷰로 예약했는데 폐건물뷰입니다. 창문 한번도 안열었어요. 그냥 창문없는 객실이랑 마찬가지였습니다. 호흡기 안좋은 분들 절대 비추입니다. 또한 침대있는 곳이랑 샤워하는 곳 천장 높이가 달라요. 제가 묵은 객실만 그럴지도 모르지만, 천장 엄청 낮습니다. 키크신분들은 세면대쪽에서 만세하면 천장에 손이 닿습니다. 화장실, 샤워실에 곰팡이는 기본이고... 그리고 룸 청소 원하지 않아서 룸청소 신청 안하고 나갔는데 맘대로 와서 나름 청소?하고 갔더라구요. 귀중품을 두고 나오지 않아서 다행이지 만약 귀중품 놓고 나갔다면 어찌 되었을지 모르겠네요. 그냥 난 무조건 위치만 본다 하면 가세요. 위치 딱 하나만 좋습니다.
