Hotel is at 6th floor. Front gate closed. No one on the ground floor to guide.

Cleanliness was not at all, rooms were shady, washrooms were not cleaned - no soap, tissue paper, towels were provided, No dustbins in the room, Staff was rude - not cooperative at all. Overall, the experience was disgusting. Not recommendable to anyone

Нас не заселили, скинули ссылку на предоплату через сайт отеля, цена была дороже чем в букинге, я проигнорировал это письмо, после чего мою бронь отменили и за несколько часов до заселения нам сказали, что в отеле нет свободных мест!!! Хотя в брони букинга предоплата не требовалась

The property didn't meet the standards which were shown on the portal, while booking. Even the basic toiletries were not there and the wi-fi was not at all connecting. Unfortunately, we had to pay for extra mobile data to use for our official purposes. A very bad experience indeed so that I had to vacate the same evening without even spending a night there.

Everything, except the location. No coffee maker, no sachets and an electric kettle. Tap was not good and I had to hold it to have a constant water flow.

Location relatively close to the airport. Small breakfast is brought to the room

Had a very small and not very tidy room, which smelled way to intense like cigarette smoke, with no window. The room was also close to the reception desk, and I woke up several times from loud conversations the employees had at night

Nothing is there to like about this place 😭 but the staff were kind and polite that's the only thing I have to say

Let me begin with the room size is a peanut size room and don't even go to the bathroom and restroom size it's just a small ally and the washroom wasn't even cleaned when we got there the floor was sticky and the room smelled very weird please do not i repeat do not keep this place as an option

The hotel room was very dirty. Dirty bedsheets, dust on the furniture. Weird smell in the bedsheet and room. Bathroom was not cleaned which was used by the previous occupants. Bathroom flush was not working.

Very small rooms...pest control was 0 I could find cockroaches in every single corners, also there was rat dropping in the washroom and below tv unit. Because of the air condition I had to change 4 rooms in two days of stay, the first 3 rooms had so or the other issue.... For example flush not working, rooms not clean, the whole pest issue, A/C throwing out hot air instead of cooling the room. There was be some or the other noise going on throughout the night, which was pretty annoying.The staff was good 👍.

Absolultely the worst place i have stayed in, smelly and unwashed bedding, lots of mosquitos and other insects. I took photos of blood stained bedding and mosquitos which were hovering and sucking my blood throughout night. I showed it to staff and they were not converned at all.
