Metro station is not near the hotel, approx. 1 km far. Room could be bigger.

very nice hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast is great! It is located near a cool area with some bars and restaurants near by. Loved clarins products in the rooms. Very comfortable beds.

Our room was a bit small and I think that they are not super soundproof (we could hear the bathroom next door) - but maybe it was just our room. In our room the hairdresser and the soap disposer weren’t working, but if we were to stay longer (we unfortunately spent just one night at the hotel) I am sure the hotel would have fixed them/ replace them.

Cosy, pleasant and comfortable. Very nice staff. A warm atmosphere that is wonderful to come ‘home’ to. Well appointed rooms and toiletries. Liked the self-serve area and accessible water, tea and coffee.

Despite a very central location, rooms were extremely quiet.

small, charming, generous with little extras, much larger rooms than most - above all else…anti-cookie cutter in design and layout!

a little in accessible for those with too much luggage-easily overcome by the always ready to help staff.

The staff were wonderful, and always so helpful. I felt very welcome, which is not always the case in hotels in Brussels.

The room was very small with barely enough room to walk around the bed. But it was quiet and comfortable, so I can’t complain too much.

Small, quiet yet comfortable hotel. Everything perfectly clean, excellent breakfast with broad selection and homemade options, wifi OK, nice TV.

Reception staff not very ‘natural’ or warm, we had a difficult day’s travelling and arrived late after long journey and were not made particularly welcome. Serving staff and cleaning staff however were very friendly and worked hard
