We've stayed a few years running now and every stay has been good.

It was all good.

The hotel was really nice. Room was big, comfortable and clean.

The only complaint is that the hotel has a small free parking which is always full but there is a garage parking which is sadly charged.

Excellent hotel for a business stay. Good facilities, good room, good breakfast, no traffic noise, close to highway.

Restaurant is closed for dinner due to personnel shortage, but several options are available in nearby Ladenburg.

Had a room to the quiet side (neighborhood). friendly staff, room was fairly nice, nice breakfast - generally wellness & fitness available is a plus. Parking in front of / on property. Value for money was fine. Breakfast staff initially didn’t ask before wanting to remove things, but I could inspire the young helper to do, which he did very nicely then, and everyone took last scoops and it felt very comfortable to hang out as last person at breakfast. :-) Thank you!

Sauna didn‘t work as intended. Wellness area rather cool/cold (due to saving energy , maybe). I changed room as it wasn’t quite like on the pics, next room was similar but altogether fine.

Nice breakfast room, very spacious. Good breakfast. Quiet room with the possibility to open the windows to lower the room temperature

Light switches in the room (next to the door) did not work. They are no longer needed but are still there.

very pleasant staff, quiet room, good breakfast (catered for my gluten free and dairy free diet), parking on site. Walking distance from the station and from the old town, which is really lovely and has a number of alternative restaurants.

their restaurant was not open and the car park filled up fast in the evening, however it is possible to park by the shop next door as long as one moves the car by the time it opens next morning.

- Location good if you are travelling with a car - 10-15 minutes walk from the Ladenburg old town - Junior suite is pretty spacious, comfortable furnished and full carpet on the floors - Staff is nice, but could ask how you enjoyed your stay - Penny next to the hotel and a bakery 5 minutes walk away - Sauna - Beds are quite comfortable, but a bit too soft for my taste

- Fitness room poorly equipped. No bench, no dumbbells, only one multistation and cable machine. Some cardio machines. Small area to work out. - Traffic noise (Benz Strasse is quite busy street) in the rooms which are facing the Penny. Windows are not that well insulated. Also you can hear the noises from the neighbouring rooms quite well. - A sliding glass door in the restroom does not give you a much privacy when you are foing business there. It has partly milk glass, but not completely. Why they did not put a normal door is beyond me. The hotel is not anyway some fancy design hotel. - The elevator is slow. Takes 10-15 seconds before the doors close. - The building itself is quite old, so rooms are a bit dated

Hotel restaurant was closed meaning we had to drive to nearest restaurant. Bedroom could do with freshening

Ample and well lit parking. Spacious rooms that were clean.

The heating was not working in our room which was reported to front desk staff. The answer we were given was that the heating should be working and unfortunately nothing can be done, someone will look into the issue in the morning (we were staying for 1 night). When questioned if we can be moved to a room with working heating (temperature was in single digit at night) the staff has reluctantly agreed and repeated that the heating should be working in our original room. The lady at the reception did not apologise and was quite obviously annoyed by our complaint. When checking the new room it transpired that beside blowing cold air, the heating system is unable to do anything else in that room as well. Also there was very minimal lighting in the room some of which were broken and would not turn on. The room was a far cry from how it appeared on the pictures.

Our room was very comfortable, the location was very good for walking to the local town, and there was excellent scenery and a great Mercedes-Benz motor museum nearby. The breakfast provided was excellent.

It was a little disappointing that the hotel restaurant was closed on the weekend we arrived after a long drive, which is reflected in my overall score. There were plenty of good restaurants in the local town anyway.

Very convenient location is you have a car, close to Heidelberg and Mannheim. Good value for money and the staff are friendly. A short walk to Ladenburg center and it has a supermarket next door. Free parking is available.

The staff was very helpful, our check in time was 12 but gave us room at 10, also help me fix SIM cards and other things

Location very far to reach , rooms very small , not same as pictures , need little more clean rooms.
