Reservamos una habitación de 6 personas comunicada pensando que una de ellas era de 4 personas y la otra de 2 personas, cuando llegamos nos encontramos 3 camas en una y 3 camas en otra, pienso que este aspecto no se dejó claro en la página a la hora de reservar.
Cuando hicimos el check in nos dijeron que para entrar al hotel había que entrar por la terraza y que la puerta tenía una llave puesta, pues una noche no estaba y tuvimos que saltar, al día siguiente nos dijeron que nos tenían que haber dado una llave que no nos dieron.
Además la mejor forma de bajar al pueblo es por el funicular, hay un aspecto importante que tuvimos que averiguar nosotros y nadie del hotel nos lo dijo y es que si sacas un bono semanal del funicular te puedes montar todas las veces que quieras y sin esperar cola, y te sale mucho más barato, esto es muy importante.

De locatie was geweldig met prachtig uitzicht op het Comomeer. Erg leuk personeel en toen we weg gingen kregen we een heerlijke fles wijn mee naar huis.
Kleine kamer maar perfect voor 1 overnachting.

Zum dritten Mal waren wir nun hier und es gefällt uns einfach sehr hier. Die Lage ist unschlagbar; grandiose Aussicht auf den See.

Отель очень понравился! Такой милый, атмосферный, с небольшими номерами, узенькими лесенками и маленьким лифтом. А месторасположение вообще бомбическое! Да, подниматься по этому серпантину тот ещё квест, зато виды из номера такие, что аж дух захватывает! Сразу пожалели, что забронировали только одну ночь. Очень гостеприимная хозяйка отеля - хлопочет, как будто родственники в гости приехали! Показала, где находится парковка, возле отеля стоянки нет, можно только чемоданы выгрузить. Рядом с отелем церквушка. До фуникулёра пару минут пешком. Завтрак вполне приличный для Италии - йогурты, нарезка, омлет, круассаны, отличный кофе. При выезде подарили бутылку вина, было очень приятно!!
Понравилось всё, но мы привычные к серпантинам и узким улочкам.
Возможно, в высокий сезон парковаться будет сложнее, это стоит иметь в виду.

We have been served by extremely kind and helpful lady. She deserves a raise. Very prompt and professional, by far the best hospitality service we ever encountered.
The breakfast has all you need and we appreciated being allowed to serve it directly on our balcony. The quality of the coffee was great!!
The view was even better than the photos. Amazing sunset view and wonderful pink sunrise too.
Really comfortable bed and pillows.
The hotel is in a great location, just minutes away from a bistro bar with lake view(Capolinea) and also from the funicular to Como, which was operating until midnight.
We had great parking too, considering the narrow streets of the village.

Die Lage ist super, man hat einen phantastischen Blick auf den Comer See und die wunderschöne Bergwelt
Bedingt durch die Seilbahn ist man schnell in Como und am See
Es war eine Herausforderung mit dem PKW anzureisen wegen der engen und extrem kurvenreichen Straße -
Jetzt wissen wir auch, dass eine funicolare (Seilbahn auf Schienen) den Ort Brunate mit Como verbindet

Beautiful location, very helpful and friend staff and owners.
The situation with parking is not explained well and that creates difficulties because even short stopping spots in the village are very limited. What needs to be done is to park in the unloading spot across the main entrance and collect ticket for overnight parking spot. This needs to be explained to the guests better.

Small cosy hotel with spectacular view at Como lake. Nice breakfast. Great opportunity to stay for big families (we have 3 children), but with having some privacy for adults. Definitely recommended.
Serpentine road to Brunate, better to use public transport. Funicular to Como is located just 1 min walk from the hotel.

For food do not buy from the restaurant beside it (Trattoria Dei Bracconieri ) bad food and they are rude
Instead go to restaurant (Locanda Milano 1873) not far delicious and kind

The hotel was lovely clean and relaxing, my room had a large terrace with two sun lounges with a cover and lovely views. A trip down to como using the train, funicular, is less than 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant. The staff was very helpful and made you feel at home, I got on well with all the staff and the owners. Rocco, the owner, and Kiara, the receptionist Will Remember Me Joseph from England helping Rocco with some personal details. Out of generosity, they provided me with some food and beverages for my long drive back to Preston, England. I will be calling in again on my next drive down trip to Italy.

The staff was super attentive, reached out in advance with communication, provided for all that was required and with our late arrival everything was planned in advance. We felt treated as part of the family. The location allows for great walks and panoramic view of the lake.
The hotel is atop a very windy road that might not be comfortable for the less experienced drivers. The parking requires some substantial maneuvering for larger vehicles. The hotel is right under the bell tower, so perhaps less for those that are not early-birds.

Rocco was great!He is very hospitable and feels the need of the client.He made our stay a really exceptional one.Breakfast was very good.The room was perfect and the view was amazing!It is just a few minutes away from Como. Brunate is an amazing location and you can do a nice walk to the lighthouse.

Gorgeous view from my room. The room was clean. Chiara at the front desk was delightful. Very helpful and willing to provide information about the area! I would definitely go back again!

The gentleman who is the owner went out of his way and found time to find solutions for a problem we encountered with our car in the morning. In addition he offered champagne magnum bottle very kind of him and thoughtful.
He made our weekend memorable.

Very very limited parking places. We parked somewhere else because we did not find anything close to the hotel and where we finally found a place, next morning we were informed that we need to park on another place otherwise police takes our car. It was really a stress factor early morning.

Very pleasant small hotel with a fantastic view of Lake Como. The room was small but very comfortable.
It would have been great to have a kettle in the room to make a hot drink.

The view from the room was exceptional. Fantastic view across the lake. We woke up one on the first morning above the clouds seeping across lake Como, with the Alps in the background. That was special.
The queues for the funicular railway to go up and down to the hotel were very long in peak times.
We were told on checking in the restaurant closed at 8pm, we arrived back on the first evening about 7.50pm, the door was locked. We could see someone in there so tapped on the door. We were greeted in an unpleasant way being told 'we are closed'!! We said we were guests and was told to 'Go around the back'. Although she had opened the door to us she still sent us around the back, which I thought was a bit rude.
We didn't have breakfast on the first morning but to be honest we didn't miss much. It was just ok.
