We were welcomed by a very friendly lady at reception and all the hotel service staff were amazing. The food was very good and the ice-cream machine was a bonus! The room was clean and comfortable, with everything one would expect to have. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in ideal location for Benidorm old town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Primarily for Spanish clientes. Food good but often offered cold. Rooms very spacious and spotlessly clean.

Entertainment!!!! Need to employ a more diverse entertainment programme plenty of good singers and comedians out of work in Benidorm. Again caters mostly for Spanish clientes…. Ballroom dancing

Location was good for us, mid way between old town centre (10-15min) & bus station (15min) and adjacent to a park.

There was just one small pillow each of very poor quality meaning we didn't sleep well. Hairs on bathroom floor. ☹️

Quite a walk from the seafront/beach guided more towards business people than holiday makers,Wi Fi was terrible in the rooms had to sit in reception to use.

Good location, not far from the beach and shops. with lovely views of a park. Not too many floors so not too busy in the restaurant or bar most of time.

Parking was difficult, we thought it would be on-site, as described on the website, but we had to use a local public car park which was difficult to find and organise with a local business that the hotel works with to facilitate the parking. Our room was quite dirty on arrival, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned that day, but cleaning improved during our stay .

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great facilities for a three star hotel, good breakfast, quiet location, comfortable room, nice bar with value for money drinks. Stayed new year and three kings festivities on5th Jan, plenty to see and great location for parade.

Sometimes a long wait for the lift and we were on sixth floor so you couldn't really walk down or up. Restaurant is on minus 2. A bit of a walk to the centre, downhill going but a bit of a slog coming back....although going through park and up the steps is slightly easier. Better still get a cab.....cost about 7 euros from centre....old town.

Easy access to all facilities in the resort. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The entertainment was very good and enjoyable and added to the holiday.

Nice pool area even though small was plenty of sunbeds lovely location 15/20 minutes leisurely walk from old town/ beach, restaurant was nice and bright and modern and food to suit everyones taste loved the breakfast especially.

Corridors floors need updating badly, worn laminate really brings it down (FLOOR 1) not sure if other floors have been updated but needs doing ASAP, and also kettle tea/coffee making facility's would be great in rooms, apart from that everything was spot on
