L’arrêt de bus pour Venise juste devant l’hôtel
Le linge de toilette change tous les jours
Le petit déjeuner :buffet minimaliste,du pain enveloppé dans son emballage plastique
Le dernier jour aucune table débarrassée et donc accueillante
Nous avions choisi cet établissement pour le dîner mais surprise plus de restauration !!
Les tapis de l’escalier ne voient jamais l’aspirateur et les tentures et voilages très poussiéreux
Établissement défraîchi.
Il faudrait revoir la description de cet établissement
Pas non plus d’interlocuteur en français comme il était indiqué !!!!

All went well at Ducale hotel. They did not have a restaurant at present, but there are many places to eat in the village
of Dolo 2km away. Even on Sunday, we found a very nice restaurant in the afternoon.
The hotel itself is an old mansion and still has the flavor of the past. The owners are working to update various
items, but the rooms are clean, well serviced, bathrooms are in good condition. The staff is very good.
And yes the TV works. The breakfast is very good. Free parking also. No street noise either.

In this price category did not expect a lot, so I was really happy to get the authentic experience in old Italian villa with real history and garden, it was like staying in some museum. Ask for some history details! With car easy access.
Breakfast was not so great, like others here in bookings had mentioned also. Real turn down was some old food still served. Seems they do not care about the breakfast, yet,I would have paid the price without it included anyways. So just be aware what you put in your mouth, and enjoy the surroundings. House is not well maintenanced, and that is part of the experience.

The hotel is a gem of traditional venetian style. Partly a bit tired in details but overall charming and stylish. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, beds were very comfy. The breakfast lacks fresh items, particulary it definitely lacks fresh bread and buns. All bread type are pre-packed as are most of the cheeses ad other breakfast items !!
Fresh bread for breakfast would be a great achievement. Glasses were missing in the room, a complimentary bottle of water would be welcome.

Hotel is a bit "tired" overall in areas such as flooring and bathroom but room rates are reasonable.

Authentic old Italian villa surrounded by small and lovely villages.
Easy to reach everywhere and there is even free parking !
The jewel of this crown is the owner Marco who is simply a super host but even better , a super sweet person : )

Really beautiful villa, we liked it a lot, it really is something else and it definitely has a special charm. The garden is also very beautiful. The room was small, but nice, everything as advertised. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Especially the staff are all really nice, helpful and easy-going. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel and it takes around 30 minutes to get to Venice. I definitely recommend this place!

beautiful location - great feeling of history and an earlier period. very friendly staff. lovely to stay just outside of Venice with easy parking and a lovely garden. just about 30 minutes (scenic route) from the airport and apparently 30 minutes by boat to Venice.

The breakfast was adequate, mostly a lot of packaged foods. The staff was very friendly and helpful made us feel very welcome.
The flower arrangements were faded and needed replacement and some of the rugs and finishes were a little too worn but it didn’t detract from the overall ambience very much. We’d like this old hotel

The villa and its grounds is a historical building representing an era of history that characterises the culture of the region as we know it today. One appreciates the authentic aged architecture of the actual building and decor equally maintained in line; it is obviously no light task to maintain such grounds and buildings. In spite of the antiquity, the rooms are very well furnished and serviced with very chic marble floors and tiling in bathrooms, endless towels and brilliant bedding. The staff are so courteous and helpful and their care for COVID measures even at the level of a breakfast spread and how the food is presented to guests, provides reassurance for safety. Good Luck with business VILLA DUCALE you deserve to do well.

Beautifully situated hotel not far from Venice. We felt welcome from the very beginning, very nice atmosphere, peace and quiet, clean and comfortable room. Dog friendly place.

The building is very beautiful, but a lot is outdated, the furniture is broken, the baseboards fall off the walls. When we arrived at the hotel, it was 30 degrees outside, in the small villa, which is in the hotel territory, the radiators were turned on! It was good that the air conditioner took 3 hours to cool the room and go to bed. Staff very friendly.
Breakfast was awful. Plastic mountains. Practically everything was in plasma packs - cookies, croissants, sausages, cheese, boiled eggs were not fresh, coffee was not drinkable. I would advise not to spend money on breakfast, because you will also have to eat it elsewhere.
