we never made it to the property.
they cancelled on us on the same day as the stay first saying ‘booking never sent the confirmation’ then saying ‘oh we are just seeing the mail but it is too late now’. then we were told to ‘find alternative accommodation’. real disgrace.

The staff was incredible helpful and really nice. The breakfast was enormous and complete, and if we wanted something else we just needed to ask. The room was good, classically decorated, and with AC. The Villa was located at short walking distance from several restaurants and bars.
Not many things I did not like It was a shame that the restaurant of the villa was closed for holidays during our stay. The building does not have an elevator, so if you are staying in the upper floor you need to carry the luggage quite some stairs.

Everything during the stay was perfect.
The breakfast was a little boring with sweet cakes everyday and little or no cheese or meat.
The degustation menu was more than excellent.

A very welcoming place to the time of Silence, retro' Elegance with that essential hint of smiling cordiality .
I love the contrast between the imperial style of the dining halls and the cottage style of the rooms. The food incredibly sofisticate and fulfilling taste. It is in absolute a 10 !!!.... SD😉👍

The location was very suitable for me. The room, beds and value for money was also good. The view also and the fact that it is an old villa in a very nice village would constitute a nice experience.
I would like the breakfast to have a wider variety of products. There were no options for healthy diet and savory food. The quality of the products was good but the variety was limited.

The food is excellent! Amazing seafood dishes and pasta paired with great wine. They were very accomadating to my food allergies as well.
The grounds are beautiful. Great little places to sit and relax or get some work done and if it's nice out you can eat on the dock overlooking the canal.
I didn't spend much time in my room but the bed comfortable and very thing was clean.
