Elisabetta is a great host. Everything was perfectly clean, the place is like 10 minutes walk from Dolo centre. We enjoyed the nicely calm place. Elisabetta gave us a lot of tips, where to go, eat etc. She also prepared the home made breakfast for us! :)

The rooms were clean and well kept, very peaceful , hosts were wonderful.

If you don’t like walking too much , the distance from the nearest bus stop to the property is around 20 mins . As for the train stations it’s very far if you’re on foot but if you can manage to reach it , its almost 4 stops away by train to Venice center. Our hosts were wonderful they offered a ride from the train station on arrival and departure so only in between our stay here we needed to walk towards the bus stop to approach other areas.

Very clean and cozy. Nice family available for any needs, size of the toom was fantastic, the location perfect in a silent aerea surrounded by nature close to highway entry for Venice and Verona

We arrived at 21:00. The landlady refused. Said the room was too small. Me and 2 children of 10 years old were outside in the rain. She didn't offer a way out. The reasons were not explained.

Very nice hosts, extremely friendly and always helpful. Fantastic breakfast in the morning with freshly made cakes and home made marmalade. We (family with 3 kids) did a stop-over for one night and visited Venice in the evening. Local train station is 5min away with free parking and a 20 minutes train ride to Venice

We stayed with the family who created Co.me 563 in a beautiful, bright, airy and immaculate room in a new guest wing of their house, they explained it had been finished a couple of months earlier. The extension, room and furnishings were chosen with obvious care and the result was both simple but tasteful. The bedroom and large ensuite shower room were perfect. The owner brought up a kettle and a box with various types of tea at the end of the evening. We hadn’t ordered and hadn’t expected breakfast, but the owners provided it in the small dining area on the ground floor. Again different in a nice way, pieces of mango and ginger on a skewer, coffee and a lovely home-made cake. We only had two pieces – so the owners ensured we left with extra pieces - which we were able to share with friends a few hours later. I’d thoroughly recommend the B&B. The owners were lovely and made genuine efforts to be hospitable – in spite of our lack of Italian and their limited English.
