My room was a bit tough to find. This is because the whole place is probably used as a college dormitory in winter. But the staff was able to help me.

Explanations as to how to get to theroom may have been a bit more clear.

for the money they charged for the room, I’d at least expect there to be body wash in the shower. this was no hotel.

Extremely expensive (even for Iceland) considering the facilities. Breakfast was barely passable, no apples, no peanut butter etc.

Breakfast was amazing great selection and very good coffee. Cabinet inside bathroom was great, few places in Iceland have bath shelving or storage space. Good parking space insite Quiet location

We spent 2 nights here & it was well worth it. Breakfast & dinner were absolutely great. Staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. Definitely would return.

The hotel’s location was more than excellent: close to Godafoss waterfall , relative close to Húsavík and to Myvatn Lake with all the attraction and a very good point to start the Diamond Circle. In my opinion better than Akureyri. There were a few tourists but everything was set for us. Nothing was missing. We arrived late and an envelope with our key was waiting for us at the reception. The breakfast was also very good.
