Der Urlaub im Club Marvy war fantastisch: super Hotel, extrem freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und allgemein die ganze grüne Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Hammer Essen: so viel Auswahl und unterschiedliche Angebote, auch mit den versch. Restaurants und Snackbars. Zudem gibt es für alle Altersklassen Unterhaltungsangebote und Aktivitäten-Programm und dennoch kann man sich auch super entspannen. Meine Highlights waren due beiden Hotelstrände, die Beachparty und natürlich das Zimmer-Upgrade, das wir bei unserer Ankknft erhalten hatten. Vielen Dank Club Marvy!

The food in the main restaurant was excellent. The hotel service was perfect, the people were all very friendly. Our children liked the different activities of the hotels.

The room cleaning was poor. The furnitures in the room were old, and need to be replaced. The rooms need some refurbishment.

it was our second time back after last year, and we enjoyed it even more. especially life guards at slides, the service at the main restaurant, kids club (especially Cigdem - the duo master!) and help by reception staff to accommodate a meeting room last second was showing above and beyond commitment to customer happiness. also big thank you to trainee Yagiz who is doing a great job at the pool bar. we'll certainly be back for years to come.

not something I didn't like but one note for the management: staff is doing an excellent job considering the number of guests, they keep smiling and giving their best, however it is clear you need more people. please keep investing, as guests like me are not really coming for the room or the pool, there are many other hotels with nice facilities. we keep coming back to Marvy for the service and people and if you lose them due to long hours you'll also lose the guests..

The location of the hotel is good. Kids club is perfect.

Staff was not sufficient. The drinks were not of good quality.

The rooms, beach, restaurants all of a good standard.

In the morning we spent our time at the kids splash park but come lunch time there was no where in that area that we could grab something simple for the kids to snack or eat or even drink. It was either back the main hotel for buffet or a restaurant up one of the many hilly walks with push chair in toe. A small gripe but it was a daily chore. Also the kids club was of a poor standard it looked ok but staff and facilities were lack lustre. No premium drinks at the bars

Fabulous breakfast. Excellent food every meal Nice atmosphere everywhere.Roo.

Restocking of fridge. Hit and miss. The beds are extremely low, very comfortable, but elderly people struggle to get in and out.
