The property is in a great location overlooking the harbour. Fantastic seeing cruise ships come and go. Staff so kind and attentive, so willing to help . Rooms are a good size.

There is some noise from street bars at night.

Hasan was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect, overlooking the beautiful harbour. Easy walk down to the town where there are so many places to eat and drink.

Unfortunately we couldn't get the water in the shower hot enough in the morning before we left although it had been fine the previous evening.

This is a family run hotel and everything about it screams good old fashioned hospitality. We have been travelling through Turkey for about 3 weeks and this is by far the best accommodation we have had. When we arrived, we were told we had been upgraded at no extra cost as they had a cancellation. The owner and staff all took the time to learn our names and greeted us each time they saw us. All their rooms have spectacular views over the pool, port and town. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a contemporary feel. They even have a lift to bring you up from the boardwalk. There was nothing I could fault about this hotel and highly recommend you give it a try.

cold coffee and cold scrambled eggs for breakfast at 9am, the door at the balcony didn't close tight enough with the existing lock so it was noisy at night because of the night pubs downstairs at the street

Amazing view from our balcony of Kusadasi Harbour. Fantastic location, beautiful pool and very good breakfast. Hassan and staff were so welcoming and friendly and made our stay perfect. Special thanks to the staff member who guided us on his scooter from the hotel back out to the main road due to the roadworks and closures we would have been lost without you !

The hotel is ideally located and easy to access the Dolmus to travel around. It was a difficult to reach with a hired car as there is major road works in the area. However Hassan was very helpful and got us there safely. He also upgraded our room. It was most welcome and tge view from the balcony was beautiful. There hotel has a lift that takes you to the road level, however is a backstreet and felt a bit eerie at night. But we didn’t have any incidents. It a very old hotel and can do with some refurbishment. The breakfast staff aimed to please. Decent breakfast but I just would like better options with eggs, rather than boiled or served cold. (but this was at most hotels in Turkey)

Could do with some refurbishments. There are no shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. Water pressure is also a bit low.

The hotel is in the center of the city, overlooking the port with fascinating views. I would like to give my applause to the owner of the hotel - Mr. Hassan, who is very friendly, helpful and polite, we had some difficulties while we arrived by our car, and his good attitude and attention helped us out of big problem.

The view was amazing and we were upgraded to a lovely balcony room on high floor. All rooms have a balcony I think with views overlooking the cruise ships and castle. Room was 2 single beds and spotless, cleaned daily and immaculate, has a fridge and kettle and hairdryer. Hasan arranged transfer from Izmir airport at a discounted rate and it was an easy and smooth journey. Next to lots of bars and restaurants Jokers for music and drinks and Murphys do a nice large Irish breakfast. Had a few lovely meals and drinks there. Lovely 10 minute stroll to the square. Could not fault the hotel for the price we paid. Staff are very helpful. Would stay again.

Amazing view from your balcony and hotel location, full of shops, right by the harbor area for the cruiseliners. The hotel is on a hill side, but u have a elevator available at the pool area to take you down to street level, which was great.(u just need to walk a small alley to reach the main street, completely safe though).

Room was small for a family. Bathroom also, but good enough for a couple of days stay.

We stayed at hotel stella for 3 nights& we were pleasantly surprised on arriving as its very deceiving when you arrive at outside but upon entering this beautiful oasis of tranquility awaits we were by owner spfia,who was so friendly& endearing.we went upto our room& was lovely decorated,comfortable& spotless,the view from the balcony was superb,you could almost touch the cruise ships.lovely pool.its close to everything.we wanted to go to house of virgin mary& sofia arranged it,our driver was her brother who is an absoloute gentleman,he took us there& waited till we finished,he stopped & took pics for us on way back,asked if there was anyother place we wanted to go,gave us info about adaland& other places like ephesus,sulcurk etc.he was wonderful.we met hassan sofias husband later& he is a lovely man too.i honestly never felt more welcomed anywhere,the staff are like a little family& cant do enough for you.This beautiful boutique hotel is perfect for a lovely relaxing stay with the personal touch tou wont get in bigger resorts.highly recommend a stay here.

it’s so comfortable everything was great my sister and I enjoyed everything I have no words to describe my satisfaction with hotel Hasan and his wife were friendly and made our vacation worth.

It is a nice hotel as it’s located in the city center and on the beachfront.All rooms have a view to the ocean without any exception, there’s a nice pool which is 190cm on the right side and 120cm on the left.WiFi works great as well as cellular.There are 2 entrances to the hotel, one from the city on the bottom another which is main on the top .Breakfast is not bad , facilities too.Teapot, free water, refrigerator,balcony,AC,WC,etc. It was kinda clean but it’s all right. The view though is exceptional!!!

Very nice hotel room with a fantastic sea view from the balcony. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great. The staff helped us to park our car in front of the hotel. The location is very convenient. The hotel is on a hill but an elevator allows you to get down to the street level. From there, it is a 5 min walk to the main pedestrian zone of Kusadasi.

On the street level below the hotel there are several bars and restaurants. One of them had a live band that played on each of the three nights of our stay extremely loud hard rock music until 2am in the morning, making it difficult for us to sleep.

What is not to like? We felt like family getting out of the Taxi. Was welcomed with open arms. Rooms have amazing views over harbour. Breakfast delicious and with views. Walking distance to Pigeon island and on Main road with loads of shops. The best thing was the night life. Markets stay open till late (in summer till early morning). Relaxing in one of the market restaurants watching people pass was my favourite pass time.

Our shower head was broken - try to report it, but reception staff did not understand a word English.
