Yatak çok yumuşaktı içine gömüldük sank yastıklar çok yüksek geldi ve ayrıca en kötüsü restauranttın aktında ki kattaydım 400 şü nolarda sabaha kadar sanki tamir var gibi gürültülü oldu uyuyamadım çok kötü oldu yukarıdaki sesler odaya gelmemeliydi bu fiyata göre o konforu alamadık

Super clean facility, room cleaning used to be on any hour of our convenience, staff were nice & friendly. Our reservation was without breakfast, so we decided to have breakfast at the hotel , it was an amazing selection. Outdoor pool was crystal clean, towels provided. Premium soap, shampoo & conditioner was provided and refilled each day at large quantities.

The laundry service really dissapointing. Asked for laundry for my kid new shirt in morning due to chocolate stain, when came back on the evening it’s put in plastic bag and still wet. No detail provided. I asked the reception staff and they said it’s washed 3 times. But why still wet and the color faded? They said they can dry it, after 30min they sent back and still not completely dry.

O Wi-Fi não funcionava tão bem dentro dos quartos. Em uma viagem de muitos dias precisávamos bastante de uma Internet boa e não foi assim.

All good. Reception, kitchen staff and housekeepers are very helpful and friendly. Location is very good. This is one of the best places.

To be fair, it’s not a hotel’s fault but the high noise from the night club located next to the hotel is awful! We couldn’t sleep up to 5 am. I hope they will solve it.
