Some stuff not very frendly,,not very clean,food not for 5 starts hotel.Some vegetable been served not cutting in a boxes and not washed.

The hospitality / Spa area / beautiful room / the main swimming pool with slides / the food music and drinks - fantastic atmosphere

The barber is over priced and pushy

The elevator repair technician was very bad and disrespectful when trying to use the elevator 18 March 2023. The problem with the hotel is one thing, which is the availability of one and a small elevator

it was central to the beach and town centre

all drinks an extra price - soft drinks, even water to play pool was an extra price. we were told the outdoor pool could be used but on arrival it was closed off and dirty

The front desk / reception staff were exceptional and very helpful. The location is 10/10.

The rooms are extremely small with virtually no space to keep luggage. The walls appear thin as running water sounds from adjacent rooms can be heard - so not the best if traveling with babies. The food is consumable, but not appetising or something one looks forward to.

We’ve had an amazing time at this hotel. The beach is great, so is the pool. The rooms are every spacious. The food was delicious.

Location is spectacular. Food was okay, but not fantastic. Room was very comfortable with a great view. Staff was reasonable. My wife enjoyed the spa a lot! She said it was the best message she had ever gotten.

Well the ultra inclusive does not include dining at the restaurant. The buffet was okay but found a lot of the food was cold. Expected a little higher quality food. The booze was only basic liquor and one draft beer available. No rum no coke zero and they had people walking around picking up glasses but no one would take a drink order. The music was very load on our side of the hotel for most of the afternoon through to about midnight. The quiet pool was nice though.

Everything was really good,the staff was friendly,the food was excellent with plenty of variety,the room with the see view was breath taking and maids were cleaning every day.The bar was okay, contrails were nice,loved that there are two pools that you can choose from,relaxing pool or the animation pool with the slides,there was a private beach with sand,also a deck in the see. Animation team were top!

I liked everything,there were not a single thing that I didn't like.

The food was all buffet and not hot there was a fair choice but reuse a lot of food over and over in different dishes

The hotel was very noisy, the main pool had the usual aerobics, polo etc but the music always so loud that laying by the adult/quiet pool not pleasant!

The view from our sea-view rooms was exceptional. The hotel's location is good; it is close to the city center and Ladies Beach.

The food wasn't good enough. During our 5 night stay, we didn't eat red meat at all. For me, this does not correspond with the "ultra all-inclusive term"; this is misrepresentation. But you won't stay hungry, they offer a wide variety of food and drinks.

It was great, everything was so beautiful, perfect, organized, perfect, we already miss it now, I definitely recommend le blue to everyone, all the foods, drinks, snaks,... were very delicious, the pools and beaches and the surroundings were beautiful, the ambianse was so enjoyable, the staff are very kind and helpful and the entertainment team was very professional and if the entertainment team wasn't there it might not be as great. our room was sea view and it was so beautuful, very clean and so comfortable. Many many thanks to the le blue hotel & resort management and all the staffs. best wishes :)

the location, and the room they have given us was perfect, (my high rank mostly is because of the room and the view it had and also they have given us the room 45 minutes sooner and I appreciate it) Reggie and Anastasia (Animation Team) were awsome and one good advantage of hotel is that. the man in Public Relation, he was a true gentleman, as some people wanted to violate our right, he prevented them and supported us. the man in the reception part was also kind and helpful though I did not see him a lot after check in. the variety of food could have been better but you can find lots of things, though it might be repetetive, the confectionary part was very good with different forms of backery and sweet. the lady who worked in the last part of cooking Pizza and bread stuff and tandoor part was very kind and patient and so polite though her work was very difficult, all the time had smile on her face👌

Due to the most of staff working there I might not come back in this hotel and I recommend the owner to satisfy them, I understand them as their job is so hard and the weather will bother but in this kind of job you should satusfy your customers if you have a long-term plan to bring them back (Last year i was in another hotel in Kusadasi their staff were amazing and so repectful although we did not understand each other perfectly we had a great time staying there) but here they are not social at all, most of them do not seem to be even in correct age to work, the lady and the two men who work in the 24 lobby bar were all the time angry that we barely dared to order something. It is also good for hotel to mention when they are going to have foam party, white party and etc as we did not know that it rarely happens there. for instance the day we were leaving, they had some amazing shows which never happened during our stay instead some kid dance show every night. extremely family hotel so if you are looking for fun it might not be your place to stay. The ither thing I recommend is talking to your staff to come and ask if the customers need anything, there were so selective, sometimes you saw they are bringing lots of thing for some especial people but do not care about the others. the language cannot be a barrier as even nodding your head sometimes will pay off. the room was not cleaned regularly the first time they knocked on the door at 6 pm we were relaxing and they have gone, the second time also I called the reception and requested them to send someone to clean (7 days 2 times). In my experience, when the guests are leaving, the staff should carry their luggage out and help them but here nobody cared to even say anything which is better to be fixed. The wi fi actually is awfull, never consider it and the lobby was also extremely hot as the ac did not work or something.
