The Mandelberg was THE good surprise of the vacation. First impression is to enter a fairytale castle in a medieval town. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, that spent time recommending what to visit in the nearby medieval towns and giving advices on wine testing (not the touristic ones). The room was conformable, very nice and with s cozy terrace with view on the wine-yards. Good insonorisation (which is a key point when traveling). Finally, the breakfast was well above the average of similar level hotel. We will for sure come back!

beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. rooms were spacious and very well cleaned. the staff was always attentive and gave us excellent recommendations on were to go nearby to eat or drink. breakfast was also good.

Great hotel in the middle of Alsace wine region, we already stayed there couple of times. Big comfy rooms, free wifi and free parking, english speaking staff, good breakfast.

There is no restaurant in the village, so if you want to go for lunch / dinner you have to travel to Bennwihr or better to Ribeauville. There was restaurant in hotel´s second building but due to covid it is closed now but hopefully next year it will reopen.

This is truly a magical place. Great location, fantastic breakfast, amazing restaurants near by and beautiful wines to buy a short walk from your door. The staff care about what they do and you are made welcome. We all loved it.

The hotel is so cozy and charming! The staff is very gentle and friendly. The room is of great standart for the price. Though it is situated next to the road - it was very peaceful and quiet. Merci!

five star facilities at three star prices. Excellent in all aspects, clean room, high quality towels and amenities, staff welcoming and helpful to find a restaurant for our evening meal. The best breakfast selection the next morning. will return with pleasure on my next trip to the area.

An excellent two-night stay in a big and airy room with a balcony facing the beautiful vineyard. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked perfectly - essential since it was very hot outside. Breakfast buffet was good and the staff very nice and friendly, most of them speaking French, German and English. We walked to Beblenheim and Riquewihr for our two dinners, the first a 10-15 minutes walk through the vineyard and the other ca 20-30 minutes walk away. A suggestion to make the service at this hotel even better, is to have complimentary bikes for the guests.

Nothing negative to say. We would be very happy to stay here again.

We loved the views from the property, the nice terras and the breakfast is decent. The rooms are clean and the staff is kind. So overall, good value for money.

Obviously the dirt road leading to the property is not very convenient, but further I have no issues with this accommodation.
