Located next to the salt pens. I could not stress enough how amazing was the breakfast. Everything fresh baked - cannoli, panino, orange pastry and great coffee. The best breakfast we had in Sicily.

Amazing accomodation close to saline! The room is big, with plenty of space for luggages. The area itself is beautiful and the accomodation added to the magic of the stay. Plenty of parking, friendly owner and breakfast was absolutely fantastic and everything so delicious.

Friendly host albeit little English. (more than my Italian) Free parking Not much around but there is a restaurant a 15 minute walk away. A convenient 15 minutes to the airport. Salt pan scenery in the area Nice breakfast of homemade sweet treats and fruit.

You are isolated so don't expect many facilities, would suit an overnight airport stop like we did.

The location is lovely, justa stroll from the pituresque Saline and less than 30' from the trapani Airport and 10' from Trapani city centre and the beautiful Erice. The owner of the B&B is a very welcoming and friendly gentleman who made us feel at home from the start. The breakfast was what made the Casolare Nelle Saline stand out. It was by far the best we had in our 10-day long trip in Sicily: homemade cakes and cannoli, fresh fruit from the garden, homemade jam and ricotta: just delicious and truly authentic. Absolutely great.

If we were to suggest an improvement to the B&B Il Casolare Nelle Saline it would be the wi-fi. Unfortunaley it was not great, kind of hit and miss and we could not really make use of it. We appreciate that the property is quite spread out over a large area but sure there must be something that can be done to improve the strength and reliability of the wi-fi signal. We did not have this problem in other B&Bs we visited (in our trip we stayed in 6 different B&B across west sicily!). If the wi-fi was improved, Il Casolare Nelle Saline would get a a round 10/10

OMG Michele and his family are amazing hosts! I felt really welcome from the moment I arrived and they could have not been nicer. The location is amazing- right in the middle of the salt pans. But the reason that makes it absolutely incredible is the family's breakfast which is the highest standard of gourmet patisserie I have ever experienced. Definitely worth a trip just to try it. It should be a destination restaurant.

Nice B&B in the countryside, surrounded by a beautiful scenery of the Saline. The huge breakfast served local products of high quality and taste. Perfect for a romantic retreat or a slow paced holiday.

As the location is quiet and far from the main road is mostly reachable by car.

The breakfast was wonderful, home made cannoli, lemon pie, we took away in containers everything that could not eat, and that was the best food.

The Casolare in the Saline is in amazing location and this could be enough to rate it like superb. But more the owner are fantastic, they made the breakfast by themself with Jam, marmalades, cakes and amazing Cannoli Siciliani and you will taste the real deep amazing Sicilia

The breakfast was delicious.home made items simply delicious, freshly made ricotta, marmalades desert and famous freshly home made cannoli with sheep ricotta! The area is very peaceful, in middle of nature reserve. Very clean rooms easy to find and safe on site parking. Very welcoming hosts.

Great location in the saline - just a few metres before reaching the hotel there is an amazing area near Salina Calcara where you can watch the sunset on the saline. You can reach Trapani with a 15 min drive. The room was super spacious and clean. The best thing was the home made breakfast with sooo many things both sweet and savory all made by them. Great staff

Don’t really get why the area where you can hang towels and swimsuits is under a roof and thus doesn’t get any sunlight

We liked everything about our stay especially the breakfast everything is home made and fresh from the garden. The owners are very nice and helpful. We recommend the place.

Operated by a couple and a daughter who were very gracious and welcoming! Located among many trees-olives, apples, limes, pomegranates to name a few. Breakfast was extraordinary- all homemade Sicilian delicacies. Great cappuccino! It was a wonderful stay and located near the salt pans-very interesting. I would love to stay there again! It was our first stop in Sicily and they made it very memorable and enjoyable.
