Albergo semplice in centro città con tutto quanto è necessario

Enfin un hôtel où le client est totalement indépendant et ceci sans aucune complication. Pour voyager easy il faut aller chez Artus.

The hotel is within walking distance (5 min) from Biel train station.
If you are a foreign traveler ensure you can use your phone or get a local SIM card for about 17CHF. You may need to call to check-in since the reception is not always open.

Very good location, comfy bed, warm room
Staff didn't knock before trying to enter the room on multiple occassions. And this was not during cleaning duty but in the evening and morning. To me this is not acceptable.

Worst hotel experience ever.
They sell our room to other people because they had bad organization, we had to leave the place!

It was clean. New towels provided every day. Staff were friendly. The lift was efficient. Shower worked well.
Quite a walk from the station. It was hot in the room. Breakfast was basic: beverage, juice and bread.

There was no service at the reception when I arrived (within the check-in times)

The bed is somehow comfortable and after biking 90 kilometers, it was necessary to sleep.
We booked a double room obviously but the hotel staff gave us a single room. We have to fight half a hour to get a double room. Could have saved this time.
The hotel staff also gave the key to other people by mistake. This part is a disaster.

The receptionist complaining about the contacted rate and defending a higher value, whilst the room deserves total refreshing.

I had a trouble to get my keys. Reception was closed at 8pm and the contact on the phone spoke only German
