The bed was comfortable and it was clean the staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequate but there was no choice.

For the price it was shockingly basic. It was really noisy. There was a club next door with music until 4 pm. and a lot of noise from the street. Plus there were manic dogs barking next door. The shower was weak and very difficult to manage to get right temperature. The towels were pretty poor. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff. I got sick during my stay and they helped me a lot, calling a doctor and extending my check out time. In general they were super helpful and did everything they could to help me. More than that, the place is great, good location in the center and chilled/familiar vibes

Check in in Booking.com said from 12:00 onwards. I arrived after 15:00 and my room was not ready yet. Located almost next to a bar or club that plays loud music until 4am. You get some ear plugs and maybe it could help to sleep a bit better.

Room was amazing! We loved the vaulted thatched ceilings. The free breakfast was also delicious and worth making time for, but the staff was the best part. Super friendly and helpful every day! Can’t say enough.

Great atmosphere (you feel like you are waking up in the jungle), nice and available staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast and very clean room. Great location, when it comes to restaurants, bars and clubs.

Very noisy all night long, especially during the weekend, but appreciated that earplugs were available in the room. Water pressure is very feeble. Payment by credit card comes with an additional 3% charge on the overall price of the stay (it was the same in other hotels as well).

it’s very cute and cozy. The rooms (upstairs) have a jungle vibe. Surprisingly there are absolutely no mosquitos. The bed is enormous and comfortable, it has very high ceiling so it doesn’t feel humid nor hot (there is also an aircon). The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious!! We intended to stay for 3 nights, instead we stayed for 5. I would definitely recommend

The staff were very very friendly and informative you could tell that they genuinely cared about their job and they made the stay so much better. The hotel it's self was very pretty and the room was a really good size and the shower worked really well. Best place we have stayed in our 3 weeks in Mexico highly recommend 👌

Right in the heart of Tulum, everything you need for a short stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Came with a free breakfast and 3 cats that lived on site, which was perfect for my animal loving heart.

The mattress was very firm, and due to the grass roof you occasionally got spiders and mosquitos throughout the night (especially if it rained). But it kinda added to the charm in my opinion.

The host and hostess were really kind and no question was too much too ask. Also the location was awesome, almost missed it walking by but when you enter from a busy street there will be a certain calmness inside. Hammocks for chilling and a green environment.

We had room #1 which was very near the reception and breakfast/chill area so a little noisy (they did provide earplugs already with the soaps though so that’s very thoughtful)

It is a hostel like they came. Full of charm, loads of info. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Kinda with an indoor garden which has a nice vibe. Nice staff.

It is on the main road and central. So a lot of traffic noise and some clubs across the street play loud music untill 4 in the morning. The hostel provides earplugs. Which kinda is a give away, when you think on it. Without the noise and loud music it would have been real nice.

Staff is very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was acceptably good.

A fabulous little gem in the heart of Tulum's main strip. When we arrived we were greeted by Ale who was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and clean, with fresh towels and complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner. The aircon worked really well and the bed was comfy. The decor is nice and the tiny little courtyard is really cute and tropical feeling, like a little oasis. The absolute best thing about this place though is the breakfast! Lovely coffee, fresh fruit, yoghurt, delcious sweet bread with jam, scrambled eggs with beans & toast. Fit to burst and sets you up well for the day. They also let us leave our bags there for a few hours after check out which was a huge help. Thank you for a lovely stay!

There's nothing I didn't like, but if I were to be critical I'd say the room was a little dark and breakfast is only served from 8 - which is a little late if you're wanting an early start to the day.

Loved the location, and the friendly staff. Could get anything and everything you could need by foot.

The only issue was the wifi connection was terrible, and actually non existent in the room.

L’hotelito is very well located, right on the Main Street: less than 10mins from ado bus station, and many restaurants and shops right next door. The hotel has a lot of character: very rustic, there’s a mini jungle right literally two meters from your front door! The best part is the breakfast: simple but excellent as it is freshly cooked. I can still remember the taste of those fresh fruits, yoghurt and scrambled eggs!!
