wenn man einen Balkon hat, und ein Tisch draussen steht mit mittig einer Öffnung, so wäre es sicherlich gut auch einen Sonnenschirm zu plazieren, dann könnte man am Tag auch draussen sitzen, ohne ist es zu heiss, am Tag. Der Kleiderschrank ist sehr knapp bemessen für eine Person, und wenn der Partner dabei ist, dann wird richtig eng, wenig Platz für Kleider, dann muss man aus dem Koffer leben

Clean hotel with lots of facilities

One of the staff working in reception floor tried to sell his external tours behind his manager, ended up being a really bad tour, we did not tell the staff about it because we did not want to ruin his job. Staff also did not come to clean our room for 2 days, had to call them twice to come and clean it.

Great service from staffs, location was perfect and secured building

Maybe the hallway was a bit outdated, Basin water supply was a bit hot and difficult to adjust.

The buffets at Quest are among the best at any hotel I travel to around the world. It blows my mind how good the food quality and variety is here. The staff, especially sir Julius, sir Gerald, sir Bernie, little Mark and all the girls treat us so well each time we visit. There is no where in Cebu I will ever stay other than Quest.

We booked a night at the Quest Hotel as a last-minute option after our original travel plans fell through. Although the room was slightly smaller than where we had stayed before, it was perfectly adequate for our needs, with a well-positioned TV which you could easily view from lying down in bed. The desk was conveniently arranged and came with all the essentials, including a tea/coffee station and a kettle. The air conditioning worked well and included a remote for easy control. The morning view from our window was stunning, and we captured some great photos. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and everything was clean and well-presented. The staff at both check-in and check-out were attentive and accommodating, helping with our luggage and even bringing it up to our room. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. This location isn't very far from House of Lechon. You should go there for some excellent Lechon, it's about a 5 minute walk, try to arrive before 5pm or they run out. Included some photos of the food from there served on banana leaves. Also included breakfast at the Quest hotel.

Always a great breakfast. Check in was good at hotel but they need to focus on improving the pre registration email they send prior to your stay, hard to navigate and complete. Room is good, two beds are a bit small if 2 adults are in one bed and child is in the other.

The coffee kettle set up is strange. All plug outlets in the room accommodate 2 or 3 prong plugs except the one designated for the kettle. Strangely it is a 2 prong European style plug with a 3 prong USA style outlet. Why???? So simple to fix that. Second the cable is very lacking if you choose to watch TV. They should consider adding premium sports and movie channels from the provider.
