Location wise the hotel is perfect.

We were offered a complimentary drink upon arrival but there was no offer of help with our luggage. The staff at times were surly and not in any way welcoming. We felt that the staff were basically doing their job description but no more and did not make an effort to strike up any conversation - it was very quiet in the hotel at this period so they were not rushed off their feet! Breakfast choices were not too bad but it would have been good to have a variation on the 'cake stand' offering, having stayed elsewhere in Tel Aviv we felt breakfast was poor in comparison. We also felt that there should have been more complimentary beverage facilites in the room ie choice of teas, biscuits etc. I ran a bed and breakfast in the UK for over 30 years and I don't think I would have had many return customers if this had been their experience. We also felt it was totally unecessary to be charged for the storage of our cases for a few hours until the taxi arrived to take us to the airport. Sadly we will not be returning.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel site set us up with the taxi to and from the airport. Beautiful property for a small historical hotel. We appreciated their letting us store our luggage until time to go to the airport.

Our reservation for the Peres Peace Center was made at 1:30 on Friday for what I was told by a hotel receptionist was an English tour. However, when we arrived at the Peace Center was a tour in Hebrew.. very disappointing.

Located at convenient junction allowing acess to many tel Aviv landmarks and place of interest.

The hotel is very centrally located with a 10 min walk to Carmel Market, the Beach, Dizengoff Centre and 5min by car to Azrieli Mall. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

the staff were quite unhelpful in general. the hotel does not serve breakfast so they sent me to another hotel for breakfast - the breakfast there was really poor so I complained and was told I would get a refund for the breakfast for the 4 nights. that refund didn’t happen which is very dishonest of the hotel - the standards have really gone down since I stayed there a few years ago. would not recommend at all!
