The location was great, we got a bigger room as our room was not ready. We got a free pastry & coffee at the cafe across the road from the manager which was great. Also there is free wine happy hour at around 17h which is cool.
The room was not well maintained and generally the hotel looked tired and needs some love. The street noise is defo an issue and makes it a challenge to sleep. As the public spaces are very tied it occurs to be dirty and messy all the time.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was really nice. The location was fantastic, near many restaurants and bars, and within walking distance from the beach and other attractions.
It is a bit noisy since it is located in a busy neighborhood. Cleanliness, especially in the shower area, could be better.

Excellent location. Shops and restaurants are all nearby. Beach is probably 10 minutes, at most. Close to pharmacies, as well, for those for whom that's important to know. The staff is incredibly helpful. Really, really nice people.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Small but comfortable room. Nice breakfast options at nearby cafes (with hotel coupons). Fantastic location near everything Tel-Aviv has to offer: Restaurants, Markets, beach, shopping centers. AAAA++++++
Lack of Parking and/or no deal with nearby parking , so the cost of parking nearby was outrageous.

The free coffee in the morning was excellent. Victor, at the front desk, was really friendly and helpful. loved the bed and spacious bathroom.

The room is quite spacious and cozy. It was cleaned every day. The hotel is on the perfect location it is not far from the quay and at the same time not far from a lot of restaurants and bars. It has body lotion, gel, shampoo and conditioner samples, hairdryer, all tableware. Everything is great.

Excellent location. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, pubs on the famous Dizengoff avenue. Very friendly hotel staff will always help you if you have any questions. I was very pleased with the round-the-clock availability of coffee and wine hour. The room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an electric kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. It was very nice to find a surprise in the form of a bag of sweets. Loved getting a towel before going to the beach
The only thing that puzzled me was that the bathroom was not sufficiently isolated from the rest of the room. This may require some extra organization on your part to keep some privacy =) I would add some kind of sliding door. Everything else was great.
