Well, there's the magical town of San Gimignano.. and a beautiful sanctuary that overlooks this magical place. And it's called Antico Casolare! Gabriella, my visit to San Gimignano was extraordinary because you opened up your beautiful home and heart to me. It's a rare quality in a host.. and one that I'll cherish. Your parents and Massimo are very sweet people too and that's why it felt like a home filled with love and warmth. My room felt cosy and I felt like I belonged in it. It was so easy to run away from the daily flood of tourists in town and seek the quiet comfort in your abode. The beautiful garden..a lovely breakfast served by you. The coffee.. and more coffee😊 I'm going to be visiting you again because I think I've left a part of me behind.. in Antico Casolare! God bless you.

I like everything about this property, the location is very convenient, the garden overlooking a very good view of san G. The breakfast is amazing specially with a very good view. Gabriela is the sweetest host, who went above and beyond helping us find a car rental and another BNB since they are booked the following days. Booking this property made our San G. stay perfect and more local. I will recommend this property to anyone without hesitation. Take Care Gabriela. thanks for everything.

The view over San Gimignano from the garden/breakfast area is breath taking. The host is super kind, the room was very nice and clean and the location is very convenient to reach the city centre by walking for about 10 minutes

The host Gabriella was really amazing! Always there to do everything for their guest. Everything was clean and simply perfect. The view of the city was great. It is a bit of a walk going up, but even for us this was okay to do( which says something 😉) Next time we will definitely book the tower room with the bodyguard Luigi😎

it was amazing! the view was incredible and only a short walk to the town and to the bus stop. our host was so friendly and went out of her way to make us comfortable and the breakfast for 8 euro per person was great too. we will be back!

In terms of location, it doesn't get much better than this if you want to stay outside of the town. There is free parking as well. The host was very friendly and the room was great for the price we paid.

Location is exceptional, unfortunately the weather did not allowed enjoying the garden with amazing view. Still position allows exploring San Gimignano with a short walk and by car you can easily reach other locations around (Siena, Volterra, etc).

Wonderful place to stay when in San Gimignano, the location is ideal just a short walk from the city centre. The area is quiet with lovely views and a farm like ambience. Breakfast is plentiful and varied and served weather permitting in the garden, just ideal on a warm sunny morning. Gabrielle is a wonderful host, very gracious, kind and helpful who met me with car on arrival at Porto San Giovanni and likewise returning after my stay. Highly recommended!

Gabriella was super friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as shown in the booking and the location was perfect to enjoy San Geminiano.

The owner is so kind, discrete amd attentive at the same time. Beautiful garden, sparkling clean rooms, great breakfast. The location is perfect to walk into town centre and far enough to have some peace and quiet. We will come back!

The view from the garden where you can have breakfast is stunning and exceptional, just like the served breakfast. Our host was the kindest from all my Booking experiences, she made sure we felt ourselves welcome and at home. I highly recommend to ask breakfast, everything is fresh and local, and she does the best muffins ever. They also produce their wine, she kindly offered us to taste it upon our arrival, and it was soo good we even bought to bring home. We definitely would like to go back one day for a longer stay, it was our best stay during our trip around Tuscany. cannot recommend this place enough.

Gabriella (the owner) is a very friendly and really lovely person. She will give you a lot of advice and will take care of you. The establishment is 5 minutes walk from the beautiful village of San Gimignano on which you have a beautiful view from the garden. Everything was so perfect. It is without any doubts the best accommodation I had during my trip in Italy.

The property and surroundings are very beautiful just a short walk from the town entrance gate. Stunning views of the town and surrounding countryside from the garden. Very practical free parking on site. The room was comfortable and clean and the only place we stayed in Italy that had tea making facilities in the room. The host is very kind and helpful and has useful tips for the surrounding area. We loved the breakfast and the choice available even in Covid times. Host sticks to covid regulations. We very much enjoyed our stay here

Gabriella is a superfriendly and helpfull host. She arranged discounts at restaurants, gives great advice for places to visit like winetasting. The room was clean. Wall to the city only about 5-10 minutes. You can park the car behind the gate.
