Location and view are very nice, staff is very helpful and friendly. We decided to cut our trip shorter by one day/night. Hotel and booking.com were both very helpful and didn't make any issue regarding this.

No promised free parking on premise (they have a couple of spots, which are pretty much always in use). So you have to park at places where it's actually not allowed, risking to have your car town away. Bathroom has seen better days. It's big and has all you need, but shower and bathtub are in need of repairs. The food itself is 'passable' and but I wouldn't say it's of 5 star quality. On the calm days, restaurant is fine and calm. But starting Thursday evening, there were not enough places to sit in restaurant (inside or outside) for the amount of guests. In addition, if you could finally find a place, there was this extremely loud Bulgarian folk music. I don't mind the music and the dancing, it could be very nice. But it was so loud, you couldn't even speak with eachother, and you would want to eat as fast as possible, so you could leave before getting a headache. We paid for all inclusive, but this made us decide we would be having our dinner and a drink elsewhere. Both pools were with very cold water. Many who went to try and go for a swim, got out almost as quick as they got in. Layout of chairs and umbrella's around the pool area not thought through, many times you'll be in te sun and umbrella's don't provide shadow on the chairs. (Umbrella's can't be moved, chairs can be moved but you'll have to move other chairs to do so, which could result in bothering other guests). In addition, many people 'claim' chairs with towels all day. Hotel claims they remove them if a person is gone more then 30mins, this never happens. In the end, we decided to cut our trip short and leave one day earlier.

Big clean rooms with fair facilities. I consider that this Hotel is a 4+ stars fair level.

All inclusive with poor variety of food. The place for eating inside the building was not very clean and with old and very used furniture.

- Not too many parking lots, we literally had to hunt a spot. For such a big hotel with so many rooms, we were expecting to have no problems on this subject. - Lack of information regarding the all inclusive concept - for those who weren't anymore to an all inclusive hotel, you had to guess what you are allowed or not to do. - Basic breakfast, not so various menu. - If you were going to the restaurant at rush hour, you had to hunt a free table. - No showers on the beach; they had 2 showers with cold water only at the pool. In my opinion, at the exit from the beach they had to put a shower more to help you clean the sand from your feet - we found spider's web between the window and the courtain and the carpet was so old and dirty - we had a lot of ants on it. - The sheets on bed were not so clean - we found sand and hair on them - which is not acceptable They are rated with 5 stars but I am really wondering why because for sure they don't deserve it.

The most important thing for a summer vacation: the hotel's location is perfect, the beach is less than a minute walking. The sea is very clear, especially if you swim in the morning, before the wind starts blowing. There is a rather big pool (17m) that is a little crowdy during the day, but ideal for swimming early in the morning. Some personnel were really kind and helpful (room service, SPA workers, waiters). Our room was quite spacious and has a great view from the balcony.

It is not particularly the hotel's fault, but the amount of smokers is unbelievable. If you sit outside, almost everyone except for children smokes! So at some point we started eating inside to avoid sitting in a smelly cloud. A lot of people also smoke at the pool relaxing area, which can be really disturbing. I would prefer people to have some specific place to ruin their health and not involve everyone around. Food was disappointing most days. I am vegan, and sometimes it was literally nothing for me to eat except for potatoes, cucumbers and tomatoes. I expected more from a five stars hotel. To be fair, I didn't tell them in advance about my restrictions and some days there was a good choice of dishes for me, but unfortunately it was rare. My husband is non-vegan, but he also said that the food was not very tasty quite often. Cleanliness in the restaurant is an issue too, especially outside. Room furniture and equipment was not in the best condition: our shower was almost broken, it kept falling down after every usage if you don't hold it. There were stains at curtains, a bed covers, furniture. There is no laundry service, although a room has a special plastic bag and instructions. The reception desk worker was quite rude and unhelpful when we came to her with the question about it. Overall, we had a great vacation because the location is amazing, but don't expect much from the hotel itself.

Location is prefect. 2 minutes to the nice beach. The staff was very friendly , Special thanks to Diana in reception. The room was very large, comfortable bed. Lovely view from the balcony ! Bathroom very large and clean.

the air-condition does not work in the room during all our stay in the hotel. We were lucky that at night was not hot yet ( end of May) . Breakfast and dinner very poor , not for 5 stars hotel. Personal in restaurant was very nice and useful.

Bad experience, the worst hotel we ever stayed! Nothing to like, they are scammers, look at the pictures. The food was horrible, neither 1*, the restaurant is a cantine from 90's, smells like a dumb.

1* Hotel, I don't know who let these scammers keep 5*. Smells like dumb everywhere! Food horrible, restaurant as a 90's cantine, dirty, you cannot drink anything from All Inclusive, it is plastic everything. The Air Conditioning was not working and they didn't changed our room because it was after 20.00 o'clock, I was complaining even booking, nothing...and it is impossible to sleeep with windows open because there are mosquitoes and bugs and they don't have . THE PARKING HAS MAX 10 SPOTS.

Everything was great

Dirty in elevator,a lot of dust in restaurant:on coffee machine, windows,furniture,on the floor,grasses with lipstick on. Staff not clean and kind . For a 5 star hotel there were no towels on the pool area,local drinks not so good. The whole location need restauration . Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The room on arrivel was dirty-dust everywhere .

Beach was on the side, the food was ok, the view from our room was superb! Receptionists was very helpful and kind, the room was cleaned on a daily basis, the lounge on the poolside was very relaxing.

Neighbours from upstairs were very noisy, some of the staff where nowhere to find on a lots of occasions.
