Appartamento spazioso e comodo anche come posizione.
Parcheggio in strada gratis proprio davanti alla casa.

La location, la posizione ed i servizi!!! Il parcheggio dell’auto perfetto e sempre a disposizione.

Esperienza molto positiva. Castellammare oltre ad essere una località interessante offre la possibilità di raggiungere altre località molto agevolmente.
Appartamento confortevole dotato di aria condizionata e molto silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza con strada piuttosto trafficata. Supermercati bar e ristoranti vicinissimi mentre per raggiungere il porto e il mare bisogna fare a piedi 2- 2.5 km oppure andare in auto ma i parcheggi sono ovviamente a pagamento.
Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi
Il parcheggio è previsto lungo la piccola via adiacente alla proprietà che è a fondo chiuso e in giugno non ho avuto difficoltà a trovare posto
Purtroppo Castellammare, come in altre parti della Sicilia come in altre parti d'Italia, ci sono incivili o meglio delinquenti che gettano spazzatura ovunque e spesso questa schifezza arriva in mare. È una cosa incomprensibile e deprimente per fortuna a pochi km c'è la riserva dello zingaro e quella di monte cofano ,da vedere assolutamente, oltre a splendide cale in cui si puo apprezzare una natura ed un mare splendido.

La posizione della struttura è strategica per partire a visitare i diversi posti vicini se uno si muove con una macchina propria.
I mobili troppo spartani ma comunque sono funzionali per una casa vacanze

At the top of the building is a wonderful terrace with two barbecues. It is necessary to use the barbecues.
The host Ugo provided information for the best patisserie, the best gelato and the best fish shop in Castelammare. Definitely take the host's advice because it's true.

The location is amazing because it is close to a supermarket where you can buy some really delicious food. The property is also beautiful, especially from the outside. The hallways have a nice aesthetic touch. The hosts are very nice. We got a complimentary wine. Grazie mille! We hope to visit again.
There were only minor things which we found a bit inconvenient:
-There were mosquitos present inside when we arrived. We eventually bought a mosquito killer vaporizer the next day.
-Mocha pot makes only enough coffee for 1 person. There was also no sugar in the apartment.

Very welcoming host. The property was very comfortable and clean with good amenities. Good location.

Mountins view on the roof was amazing. Nice very big well-lighted rooms. Green garden.
Bed staff( pillows and other things ) were pure.

There are two supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk away and also a cafe around the corner. There are lots of things for small children on the rooftop terrace, such as swing, slide, bike, which we used a lot and our 3y old really enjoyed. There are also sunloungers and a bbq.
The appartment is only 15-20 mins walk to the center or beach.
There was a little road noise during the day and evening but it stopped at night.

Everything was perfect- the apartment(clean and really big with 3 balconies), the host (Ugo's wife is such a friendly woman) and the beautiful Castellammare :) Staying there was nothing but a pleasure. Very close to shops and to the local bakery that is less than 2 minutes from the building (delicious ice creams and riccotta croissants :) )
