Location was good as i needed close to my relatives place. Very clean bed sheets. Overall clean. Freedom in and out. Best fit for the weekend stay if absolutely needed. Longer term - questionable.
Thin walls and hearing everything that is going on in the next room (snoring, talk, etc). Cigarette smoke coming from the restaurant. Loud music coming from the restaurant at late hours (can be up to 3, 4 AM ). No receptionist after 1 am.
Toilet and shower in the same small space.

i booked the stay by mistake after I crossed the border and went out of Bulgaria. i had message the property twice in a 24 hours time to kindly ask for a refund since I did not stay the night there and got no response. i was charged my money without staying in..

The staff were helpful and the boss did her best to support us as she spoke fluent English and stayed over to ensure we had all the food and drink ordered. The food was really lovely'
It was Close to hospital where my dad was. A shop across rd. Supermarket and shopping Mal not far.

Unable to have a coffee before leaving as taxi to airport 7am and restaurant didnt open til 7am and no facilities to make drinks in bedroom.

The staff was kind and helpful and they gave me a special parking spot for my motorcycle.
Even they don't speak English they try to help me.

An easy to find. Location is good, close to stores and supermarkets. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Food is delicious with many options to choose from, and not expensive. The breakfast is absolutely a must, so good! Staff is very polite and pleasing. Bed was comfortable.
Rooms are a bit dated. In Booking.com they are listed as rooms with “city view”, or “garden view”, however there are only skylights in the room and the bathroom, no windows. The room, “delux double” was extremely small and experienced difficulty going around the bed. There was a sofa, which was impossible to use, as there was not enough space. The sofa was facing a wall opposite the tv., totally useless. The bathroom was extremely large and smelled sewage. Also, there were no towels in front of the bathtub to use after taking a shower. The bath towels, though were soft and good quality.

The only good thing in this “hotel” was pleasant waiter/administrator
Hotel is just several rooms on the second floor of “restaurant/bar”. There were no hot water in the morning, shower was without door so the water flows on the floor of all the toilet room, bed and sofa were looking not very good (pretty shadow). Big disappointment nevertheless even low expectations before settlement. Don’t recommend!!!

Well... NOTHING!
The free private parking is somewhere... A lady showed us the direction but as she didn't speak english so we just guess and couldn't find it. At the check in they hardly try to convince us that a budget room (Maybe 10 square metters) is what we paid for, dispite our efforts to show them the reservation (duble room with breakfast). First there are no doubles available, then a window is broken, then the shower îs not working, then that what we saw în reservation (booking.com) îs just a picture and had not to be the real room. Finally we manage to switch the room with one that looks like the ones in Booking pictures. Than, surprinse... 2 Free adult only channels on tv... Wow!!! We are not OK with these... In the morning we left al 7.30. Everything was locked... Where to leave The key? I call, no answer, so the key remained în the room. We didn't dare to think about breafast in that place...
