The hotel is older, but well maintained. Definitely worth the price. Restaurant in the lobby looked very decent, and there are plenty of options for food outside. Public transport is within easy access, but if walking in from the train station, be prepared to carry the suitcases up and down some stairs before arriving at the hotel...

My experience was marred by checkout. When the amounts didn't tally, I asked for an explanation, and the staff (and their manager) didn't explain the situation well (Only referencing "taxes". When I pointed out that even excluding taxes, the amount didn't tally, they turned into a playback machine, repeating "taxes" without addressing the discrepancy). Only when I personally calculated the numbers one by one, did it make sense. I would assume a hotel of their standing would at least Their dismissal of my concerns were disconcerting... In addition, the refund of my credit card deposit was handled without letting me know what was going on... I stood there for almost 10 minutes, with them beeping away at the machines. When they asked for my card a second time, they didn't do their due diligence informing me of the reason and/actions. Only when I asked in the end did they say that it would be between 3 days to a month before the deposit is refunded.

The Staff of this property are very polite and helping to accommodate my desire. Hotel is walking distance to station .. I would love to stay agin and again to do buisnes in Shenzhen .

I cannot point to one thing that I did not like. I loved my experience there.
