Relaxte sfeer Mede door de “jazz” muziek die in de publieke ruimtes te horen is, wel pech als je niet van Jazz houdt!

De snelweg, tussen park en hotel. De indruk wordt gewekt dat het hotel direct aan het natuurpark ligt. En er wordt voor de kamers die aan park kant liggen zelfs een hogere prijs gevraagd, maar er ligt een drukke weg tussen die van s’avonds regelmatig voor races worden gebruikt. Prima kamers maar niet al te ruim

We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone! Very close to the airport. Staff is very friendly and they have a restaurant that is open 24/7 if you get in late. We also used the spa, sauna, and steam room and they were a wonderful way to relax before our next destination.

The best part about my stay was Maryanne at reception. She was excellent and made sure I was well settled in and comfortable

They need to take care of the small details in cleanliness, the shower head is broken and it’s the small jets and water never got hot. Their restaurant had limited selection of wine/Prosecco Wonderful continental breakfast

Very nice park view from my room. Hotel is well situated near the airport, very secure and ample parking. Super friendly check in staff.

Professionalism at the restaurant. Luck of Fair treatment of all guest irrespective of nationality. The Restaurant staff were not very friendly. Very rushed breakfast transition if you head over for breakfast close to 10am. I found them a bit biased. I arrived for Breakfast 10 minutes to cutoff time and was advised that the coffee service was over. A few minutes later another guest came over and suddenly the coffee service was operational again? I questioned the staff why that was the case... should not happen in 2023.

Location- Near the airport. Easy booking and confirmation.

Hotel is “dead”, no activities for guests. Boring.

I like this hotel and I often go there when I travel to Nairobi. it's at a reasonable distance from the airport, clean, good facilities. It's in a good location if you stop before going to Masai Mara.

The best part of my stay was the friendliness of the staff They made me feel special. The food was very nice

really poor service especially in the restaurant - staff more interested in chatting. Run down with broken tiles, damaged furniture - felt dingy. great front desk staff including the bell boys.

Fitness centre was just too noisy.

I love the rooms here and the fact that there is late night dining next door at Emara for those of us who arrive at the property late.

Service could be quicker in the restaurant, for sure.

They asked me if I need a pick up from the airport, I confirmed with all the details, arriving at the airport at 2 am there was no one waiting, I call the hotel no one answering...

our air con didn’t work the first night but the receptionist sorted an engineer to fix it immediately when we reported it in the morning.
