location and size of the apartment. Security was good and the staff friendly. view was great and pool and property was very well maintained.
wi-fi was slow
bed was a little small and the mattress could have been better.

Perfect location and great surroundings. Great place to relax and enjoy Tuscany
Electricity went out couple of times henceforward airco went out. This might be an improvement to get more stable surrounding.

The property itself is beautiful especially the surrounding area, lovely for walks. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were extremely helpful. Great location just a 5 minute walk from the shops and the old town of san gimignano.
