Bee Cottage est une maison confortable et élégante pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes dans 3 chambres (1 lits jumeaux, 1 lit double, 1 lit king). C'est une promenade facile et de niveau de dix minutes dans Rye lui-même et il y a un parking gratuit à moins d'une minute à pied.
Rez-de-chaussée:
- Grand salon / salle à manger décloisonné
- Cuisine bien équipée avec cuisinière à induction, réfrigérateur-congélateur, micro-ondes, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, radio numérique
- Descente vers un jardin avec pelouse avec terrasse, barbecue et éclairage feston coloré
Premier étage:
- une chambre lits jumeaux
- Chambre double
- Salle de bains familiale avec pomme de douche à effet pluie au-dessus de la baignoire et douche à main séparée
- Vestiaire séparé avec toilettes et lavabo

Nous avons passé un bon moment à décorer la maison pour nous sentir comme chez nous, et il y a beaucoup de touches amusantes, de notre mur de paysages montagneux kitsch aux vieux panneaux de valse que nous avons montés sur le mur du jardin; de nombreuses pièces anciennes / vintage ont été glanées dans les nombreuses boutiques d'occasion de Rye.
Le jour du changement est généralement le vendredi, mais est flexible en dehors de la haute saison. Séjour minimum: 3 nuits.
Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

This is a lovely property - comfortable, a good size and location, beautifully decorated. There is great attention to detail with the decor, books, furniture, kitchen equipment etc. We had a fantastic week.

Bee cottage is a lovely cosy place, well equipped to stay for even weeks. Located within short walking distance from the centre of Rye, it was starting point of several incredible walks and hikes through the amazing countryside. We’ve all enjoyed the stay and the kids especially loved the video games :-)

The communication with the host was excellent. The property was clean & well equipped. The only downside was the noise from the road - it was surprisingly noisy as traffic drove very quickly & the house is very close to the road
There was some confusion with the bins as the information booklet seemed to contradict the information sheet pinned on the kitchen door.
Overall we had a pleasant stay & enjoyed our first visit to Rye

Lovely cottage close to Rye. We explored Camber sands, Hastings and Battle over half term and it was a perfect spot to do so!

A very comfortable stay
Stayed for three nights. Had a lovely stay in Bee Cottage, kitchen well equipped, the beds very comfy. Wonderful decor. Definitely would stay here again.

Ideal location for visiting the gardens and wildlife havens we had planned to see. The walk into town was easy even with a toddler and Rye has so much to offer - we need to come again to do it justice.

Fantastic longer term stay
We had a great stay for 3 months at Emily’s beautiful home during some home renovations. Emily was always so friendly with excellent and quick communication. The house is fantastic, a great 3 bedroom house with great garden and outdoor space, with fantastic light throughout the day. We loved our stay, thank you Emily for everything! Absolutely 5/5

Happy holiday
We had a great time. It is a lovely house, well situated. Everything we needed (and more!) was provided. We took 3 children, teens and younger so its always tricky keeping everyone amused and happy but everyone had a brilliant time!

Great place!
We had great holidays in Emily's house. We really didn't find one thing we could complain about. It was very clean, everybody slept very well in their beds. The equipment in the house is really good. The kitchen was great, the big table in the living room is nice to eat with many people.
There are toys for children, an XBox, free Netflix, free WiFi and so on...
The house is just a few minutes walk away from the old town.
Perfect communication with Emily.

Stylish and functional cottage in a charming village
We stayed in Bee Cottage for three weeks in July. We were traveling with our 7 months old baby, so we were happy that the house has all the necessary baby-equipment. It also has a well-equipped kitchen for making dinner at home and lots of entertainment and toys. On top of that, we loved that the house is so beautifully furnished and has a cosy little garden. Rye is a charming village with good shops, eating out-options and things to do and see as a family. Emily has made a thorough guide to the city and the area, which we used a lot - thanks for that!

Great to stay in a house rather than a hotel while working away. Easy quick walk into Rye for all the restaurants and pubs. Only slight downside was the car park which has the most overly complicated ticket system I've ever encountered (though that is nothing to do with the owner). Would definitely book again

We stayed at this property for a week with our 14 month old daughter and my parents. It was the perfect Base for a lovely family holiday. Our daughter loved the toys and books that were provided this added with all the great facilities really made it home away from home. Great location for an easy walk into rye. We also had lovely days out in battle, Hastings, camber sands and the rare breeds farm all within easy reach.

Es war alles perfekt, sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll, mit Liebe zum Detail. Es war genauso wie auf den schönen Bildern beschrieben. Auch die Vorbereitung und Infos zum Haus waren perfekt und ich kann das Haus und den Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Die Woche war leider viel zu kurz.
