Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen weiteren Aufenthalt storniert, da wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben.

Bar staff were very unfriendly!

The location is excellent - Glasgow Central station and local pubs and retaurants are all within walking distance. The team went out of their way to make our special stay a memorable one.

Location and style of the reception and bar/restaurant area. The rooms are a great size for what we were needing

The beds were rather uncomfortable. Woke up a few times throughout the night in discomfort

Geräumiges Zimmer mit toller Lage

Überall Teppich, das Zimmer sollte mal wieder gestrichen werden. Matratze war durchgelegen. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen.

3/4 of the breakfast items, pleasant staff, location for airport bus.

Breakfast had some sad efforts, bacon not properly cooked scrambled over cooked (in a word rubber) No safe in room

The place is clean and the reception is nice. The location is easy to find. Everything is fine.

I liked everything about this hotel. Nice and clean with friendly staffs. Loved the lounge and Pool table , good vibes :)

Nice simple room, everything you need. Nice clean bed and good bar etc down the stairs.

Shower area could have been cleaner.

Lively hotel with restaurant and bar. Perfect if one needs to work as you can use your laptop while having a beer.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing; another not so good aspect was that instead of making the bed the next morning (pulling the sheets and tidying up the bed) they simply put the duvet over the sheets and when we went into bed we realised that it was not done properly.

Room was clean

Pillows were very hard. Veggie breakfast options not very good! We asked if they had anything to substitute for the bacon, black pudding and bacon options for other guests. Sadly all they gave us was one (very dry) veggie sausage each! Had to speak to the duty manager who did give us a refund for the breakfast but was a disappointing experience overall.

Very good value hotel. Clean, modern, good shower, great breakfast and location 5 mins from central station

Very clean facility, friendly staff, cosy, quiet room with all amenities (ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, etc.) in a handy area for both the congress centre and the city centre.

Location, rooms are quiet. Really nice bar/foyer.

I’ve been staying here for years and the rooms are a little tired and need a bit of a refresh. Also was in a room that was too small for two massive chair in front of wardrobe and mini dressing table which made it really difficult to do anything other than stay on the bed.

Nice room, good location, staff were great and really helpful! Cool space downstairs too!

Fin beliggenhet og bra med mulighet å kjøpe litt mat og kaffe ved bardisken.

Frokosten hadde pulver egg og det er ikke godt. Ellers var resten ok. Personalet fylte ikke veldig raskt på frokosten og man måtte vente etter bestikk, glass, tallerken, yogurt osv. Rommet var veldig lite og hadde bare et bord ved ene siden av sengen og ikke noe på den andre siden. Hvis man kommer med to vanlige kofferter da er ikke plass for å åpne de uten å legge dem på sengen.

Location was very convenient for walking, perfect for a visit to the city without a car. Relaxed and modern atmosphere. Decent restaurant on site. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was good, but some food items seemed to run out quickly? Not sure if stuff was being restocked or not throughout the course of the breakfast time? I visited during the first half / mid-way through serving times during my stay.
