Actually I liked everything starting from the reception with the professional and helpful staff, the clean and tidy rooms, good and tasty food, great animation, actually everything.

The location of the hotel, the sea, the swimming pool in the royal suite, the food was good and the restaurant staff was very respectful despite the great pressure

Going down and going up to the sea you need the feet of Cristiano Ronaldo ،، The bar in the lobby is not open before 2pm for some inexplicable reason ، Overall the stay was good and my room was upgraded. Thank you everyone

Pool was great The food was good but there was no variety

The check-in was late for more than half an hour because of the housekeeping, as the receptionist said. When we went up the room, the room was not that clean. There was no bottles of water in the room. We have to ask the room service to bring water every day.The animation team is somehow good but not friendly. Mini disco was very short segment and started early. The reception bar opened only at night. There was free wifi in the reception only. The receptionist also not friendly

The hotel is very beautiful, especially thanks to Mr. Diaa El sayed at the reception And all thanks to Chef Mustafa khalifa The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent

Some of animation team is not funny I think They care about foreigners only I didn't like them

This is huge propery and very well managed for the size. so many different pools. variety of food. staff friendliness. receptionist Ahmed Khalifa and Mohamed Ramadan were extremely helpful and room boy Abdallah cleaned our room every day. I have to say there are alot of negative reviews on this website and I found them all wrong after my stay

The hotel had its own private coral beach which was fantastic for snorkeling! Location is very close to airport just a 10 minute drive away. Buffet restaurant was of good quality.

Hotel should definitely not be rated 5 star! The whole hotel needs renovated especially the bathrooms in the rooms, very tired and old looking. In the room the mini fridge wasn't working , some of the wall sockets wouldn't work sporadically, and also the safe did not work. We arrived at the hotel very late at night, about 11.30 pm. We were told minimal information about the facilities and locations. When we went to the bar we were greeted by a bar man that quite clearly wanted to go home and addressed us by saying 'what do you want' in a very unfriendly manner. The hotel advertises as having 13 restaurants, THIS IS NOT THE CASE, majority of the restaurants have now closed so the only restaurants were the buffet and 1 a la cart which served very basic food. The pool bar during the day only served very basic snacks. Pool area seemed like it needed refurbishment also with stacks of broken lounges and rubbish sitting in one area of the pool. THERES NO ATMOSPHERE AT THIS HOTEL , NO NIGHTLIFE OR DAYTIME ENTERTAINMENT. Not close to anywhere to go for entertainment at night

The staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Ibrahim, the reception manager. A true high-quality customer care you can find in this hotel. Very good tennis playground 👌

One point, and the only point is the soup, no fresh juice.

The staff were really amazing They helped me find a taxi with a good bargain when I was leaving, kept checking with IT team tl help me work the wifi on my phone, and give me free 3 hours after check out time and lower fair for each hour i wanted to spend more They prepared a small dinner on the day of check in as I arrived 11 pm. The room was clean, the pool was lovely but I did not use it They said one of the pools were heated The beach was rocky but good for snorkeling, and the view from the hill is amazing

The bathroom need renovation. The tiles are old and cracky sometimes. The shower cabient changed colors. Some tiles in the reception need to be changed too as they are cracking Food was okay, dinner is the best. Wifi with extra charge and I do not think it is good for streaming (Netflix or so)
