Except the location the property was disappointing
[1] no one was present when i reached at 10.30 to help unload bags from the car
[2] reception was professional but like not even a smile or hello etc
[3] Wifi was near non existent
[4] property is very dated and old...its very big in size but not mainatied well
[5] breakfast was nothing to talk about and passable

I was told breakfast was included but we were charges ₹ 2200 for two of us. I thought tarrif of 6700 was good enough to provide morning breakfast. I have not come across any good star category hotel not providing free breakfast . Any way my luck.

food / buffet in restaurent, though expesnive was good and tasty.
1. they didnt keep their promise of airport pickup.
2. they dont check messages sent through booking.com
3. reception / staff seem to be trainees and are clueless on queries.
4. i called them from airport from my uae number and they took 2 full minutes doing nothing but making me realise its cheaper to pick another taxi.
5. wifi is poor
6. bathtub got blocked and took 30 mins to get it repaired !
7. noone was sorry about the missed pickup nor the blocked drain.
8. room is smelly.

Great location next to the airport
The rooms are outdated, poor sanitary fittings, frayed towels, the house keeping is poor. My room had a used mug lying in the bathroom. My colleague room safe was locked and had to call housekeeping to reset.

The mattress was too soft and also at a height. Not suitable for normal Indian people. Could not sleep the whole night.
