Buenísima ubicación

Era muy viejo y la moqueta no es muy higiénica

Purtroppo non ho elementi per poter valutare l'hotel .... posso solo raccontare il trattamento che ci hanno riservato. Dopo che mi hanno trattenuto il pagamento di 3 camere, mi hanno mandato un messaggio tramite Booking in cui mi informavano che avrei fatto il check-in e l'assegnazione delle camere presso un altro hotel distante poche centinaia di metri .... Purtroppo ci hanno comunicato che saremmo rimasti in quell'hotel ed è stato un incubo ... hotel vecchissimo, fatiscente, lugubre e senza ascensore . Con me viaggiavano 2 persone cardiopatiche che hanno dovuto salire al secondo e terzo piano a piedi ... le scale buie e strettissime. Non penso che sia un caso che L'hotel sarebbe stato chiuso dal giorno dopo. Trattamento molto poco serio dell'hotel presso cui avevamo la prenotazione. Siamo rimasti solo perché era 1 notte altrimenti avremmo preferito perdere i soldi

Breakfast was really poor . Only some croissants, small round breads and mini toasts and a couple of cereals. Some paper like sliced cheese , ham and salami ( not very tasty) . No fruit , eggs or bacon , or regular bread . Pity for a 180€ per night room .

The location was superb and the building breathes history.

Location was near to all tourist attractions. More choices for breakfast would be good. If you arrive a bit late there is hardly anything left. However, staff was very friendly, place was very clean. Plenty restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this hotel.

there seem to be a few maintenance needs that need to be seen to. Our shower handle fell off as well as the shower curtain fell down.

Some old things need to be clean more often, the beds need to be more comfortable. And tramps for mosquitoes.

Very clean hotel , nice.decorated and with very nice aesthetics in the room. It is on st Marcs Basilica and the location is perfect.Breakfast is nice and complete. It s the ideal hotel to spend a few days 8n Venice without spending a fortune.

We were given a double room no 256. It was so tiny that the bed was pushed along the wall. The window in the - even tinier - bathroom was broken and could not be closed. It was terribly cold. The shower squirted everywhere else but not where needed. The next morning we were given another normal standard room. But our luggage was still in the old one when we got back in the evening.

The location, staff; even with how busy and only one person they were friendly and helpful, very clean. No language issues, they put up with my awful italian.

The beds were very hard and painful for side sleeper. The ac did not work, it would have been nice to have a fan. The tub was a jacuzzi style and very tall a grab bar would have helped me get in to use shower.

Superb location right in the heart of Venice, steps from San Marco Piazza, vintage décor as you would expect, beautiful and with all the necessary comforts, as AC, Wifi, Comfy bed, and quite quiet.

A little complicated to reach the room as it was located in a separate building. It had a pair of windows but were there for lighting mostly, because the view was towards a not-so-pretty utility courtyard. The shower spilled water every time you showered because of a bad shower-door design.

Fantastic location close to San Marco and Rialto, great breakfast and restaurant.

Free breakfast was delicious and healthy. There was a lot to choose from.

Shower was clogged, I reported the technician showed up the next day and he couldn’t solve the problem, disgusting and unacceptable besides there’s mold and mildew on the bedroom ceiling.
