Não ter o equipamento de sauna sem se poder utilizar no quarto

Solo la atención de alguno de los conserjes por tratar de dar respuesta a nuestras demandas con las pocas herramientas que contaban.

Durante los dos primeros días me cambiaron a 4 habitaciones por estar en pésimas condiciones de higiene, infraestructura, pero lo peor pestilentes con olor a cloaca. Sobre las fotos que solicitan ya las mande está es la 2da encuesta que me piden de este hotel.

Bardzo miła obsługa, która służy pomocą i wskazówkami.. Hotel położony w dobrze skomunikowanym miejscu. Smaczne śniadania i naprawdę dobra kawa.

The best location

The room is too small and the bathroom isn't comfortable.

Our room was basic but spotlessly clean. The breakfast was buffet and had a good selection to choose from. The hotel staff where friendly and the location of the hotel is great as a base for exploring Rome. It is situated just a few minutes from Roma Termini Station.

Its not what I didn't like as the hotel as it was a really nice place to stay its more just a warning to bring your own hairdryer it didn't bother me but the hairdryer cuts off after 3 or 4 minutes.

The location is great. The staff is helpful. Breakfast was ok.

The water pressure is not good. The wifi is weak.

Room was ok. AC good. 1 King and 2 Twins all in same space. Close to Roma Termini which is convenient.

Breakfast room was in the basement and didn’t have many choices. Coffee was not good. They didn’t let you take food away from the breakfast room. Restaurants nearby were expensive.

Great location, not far from the train station. Good breakfast with plenty of options available. Good budget option for a short stay.

rooms were very dirty, tired and depressing The walls were paper thin and I literally heard everything! Unfortunately for us roma was playing a football match and it was unbearable until around 1 am. couple this with the tram every 10 mins (sounds like a jet engine) I might as-well had the windows wide open! For us it was a cheapish bcovernight stay but certainly wouldn’t have stayed any longer.

Great location for main train station. Area looks rough during day but comes to life in evening with plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was ok. Comfy beds and pillows.

Shower was low power and so hot dripped out. Needs more pressure. Toilet light lights up bedroom during night and basin in room so if partner needs toilet during night they will wake you up.

The hotel is close to the main train terminus, although we got a taxi for the airport run, and its in between numbers 1 and 2 for the hop on, hop off buses. Plenty of restaurants in the road. The chambermaids were very good.

We saw in some photos on the website that the showers and toilets were enclosed in blue glass!! And the sink was actually in the bedroom. As we were friends we asked not to be put in this type of room but we were. I don't even think couples want to see each other on the toilet. However, they did move us the following day. Who came up with this idea?? Breakfast wasn't the best, it said 10 o'clock finish and no hot egg or diced sausage put out after 9.40. Hot drink machines were getting cleaned at 9.55. The most miserable breakfast staff I have ever met. Depending what side of the hotel you are, there's a tram line outside that starts at about 6am

Location excellent but neighbourhood a little strange. Clean room and hotel floor. Cleaner very polite and helpful. Reception staff very polite and friendly.

Breakfast could have had more variety and could cater for vegetarians and vegans. Shower head could do with more water pressure and spray.

The room was modern and clean.

The warm water was actually cold. The next room neighbours were loud and the receptionist didn't do something on it.

the shower being in the same room with the bedroom. No place to have access to the towels . No place to hang up the towels. The shower was a glass box that provided no privacy. The water was coming out of the shower in the room and we were afraid to slip . The toilet was in a different place as well as the washing base. Breakfast was not nice . We stayed on the fifth floor

Loved the cappuccino..please don't miss it..
