Great location in walking distance to all of Darwin. Swimming pool and BBQ area were great common features we used and made our stay comfortable.
There didn't seem to be family rooms/interconnected spaces available to book - that would have been helpful for our family.

We got in at 2am and there was a lovely man to welcome us.
Location is perfect to adventure around the city.
The view was great, with the sun beaning in with the sunrise.
Room was spacious enough, kitchenette was fine, we made all breakfasts and most dinners there.
Fridge was working perfectly.
Bathroom was a good size.
Iron worked great.
Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.
Pool was super clean and cold.
Was tidied everyday, which was nice.
We had no issues with people or noise, it was quiet in the complex from what we can see from the comments from a few years ago they have worked on all the complaints they got.
The cleaners just need to do a bit more, as in, get in the shower, slide the door closed and clean the runner.
Give a quick vacuum every second day or so.
Had around 6 roaches we killed but none in the kitchen area.

The location was excellent, in close walking distance to the waterfront restaurants and the downtown area
The switches that controlled lights, fan and airconditioning were confusing and inadequately labelled. For example switching off a light could also cause the fan to turn off yet a different combination of unlabelled switches could enable the fan to run when the the lights were off. Sometimes turning a light off would also turn off the airconditioner.

close to everything
we where there for 14 nights and not once was the bathroom cleaned had to ask for clean sheets and made own bed room wasn’t cleaned once pretty disgusted also had to go buy more utensils pillows blanket cups as there was only limited items black stuff came out of aircon and fan hadn’t been dusted

The location was easy, and rooms were a decent size.
The pool was not cleaned, the first day we arrived the was nice and clear and by our last day it was turning green.
The room also did not have WiFi
The room stated that cleaning supplies was included and when our room ran out of dish washing liquid the lady told me I needed to buy my own.

Location. Adaptable and helpfull staff. The manager assured that I get a more private balcony than some others which was much appreciated.
Just the wifi. I ended up having to pay another $50 to Optus for my own, but that was for 10 days.
