The hotel staff was very professional and kind, especially Fabrizio.

The room with three beds felt a bit small for three adults

Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed, early check-in, airport transfer at a reasonable price, helped us book onward travel.

The sounds from the billards room next door. I think it's just our room (501) but we heard balls dropping into the night which is tough for us as we sleep early at 9pm. We also had the room above the kitchen, so was woken early when they were prepping for breakfast

was the most comfortable stay and also the best service and staff we had so far in Peru ! Rooms were big and clean - the bed we ha was massive! the staff we amazing at all times & helped out and went above and beyond - also packed us takeaway breakfast when we left early for super early tours. the Breakfasts at the hotel we absolutely mint- Looked forward to them everyday ! location was mint too cheers team for the great stay

Absolutely nothing

The location was perfect for spending a couple days explore Arequipa. It was close to city sights, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The breakfast could not have been better, except they were out of the tamales!

It is an old building and I'm sure the owners want to maintain an "antique" vibe, but I think some of the furnishings and decor could be refreshed even for a 3 star hotel.

This hotel is in a beautiful historic building right in the centre and also has outside spaces to relax. Breakfast choice was good and tea and coffee are available all day. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful without exception.

It's a perfect location, few minutes walk to almost everything in town. The bed was extra comfortable and huge. Everybody was very kind and helpful, everybody spoke some English ( Rare in Peru )

Unfortunately when other guest were noisy and shutting their doors, I hear it quite loud. Nothing else.

Super bare and basic rooms with tiny desk and old shower - would really need an upgrade and improvement in interior design. Loyd cleaning stuff every early morning which ruined our sleep.

wifi wasn’t always great

From arrival until departure we felt extremely welcomed and well taken care of. It was also our wedding night and we we're met with variouse romantic surprises upon entering our room! The presentation from the lobby was impressive; rustic yet elegant. The rooms were very clean and incredibly comfortable.

The location itself is a bit heavy with foot traffic and vendors, but once your in the hotel it is hardley noticeable. All in all, the only thing we didnt like was having to leave!

The location of the hotel and the kindness of the personnel.

Behind a beautiful facade and a great hall, you get behind the construction and enter a poor quality semi-recent building where the rooms are situated. The showers are separated by simple curtains so the bathroom is always flooded. The breakfast is not a buffet and the food served is quite disappointing.

The straff was very attentive and helpful with a positive attitude. If there was anything we asked or needed they anssered or arranged for us. Truly top service.

Wifi coverage in our room could have been better.

Really pleasant stay here. The old part of the building is beautiful and this is where you eat a lovely breakfast. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We left our luggage here prior to our stay as we were trekking the canyon and they kept it in a secure place with our names labelled on it. The breakfast was great and had lots of options to choose from. Staff offered recommendations for restaurants that were delicious. There was really hot water for the shower 😃 and the WiFi was great.

Blankets in the beds could be warmer, it was really cold at night, so I had to sleep in a sweater and cap on my head.
