super location. good food around. near to shinjuku, shibuya. good laundry facility (3 washing machine)

bathroom has mould. pillow is hard. hotel wall has dirty mucus, the cleaner will start cleaning the rooms at 10am. can hear the vacuuming noise.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The upstairs cafe had breakfast choices A-E. The neighborhood does not have any of the major Tokyo attractions, but the Yamanote line is just a short 3-minute walk away. Ikebukuro is one stop away, and Harajuku is just a 15-minute train ride. Lawson and 7-11 are next to the station, and Family Mart is down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is very convenient. It is only 5 min from JR Mejiro station. Facilities is excellent. Breakfast is perfect. We have the first experience to talk to the robot. Hotel and restaurant Gust was connected. You don’t need umbrella. Food was excellent. Facilities are very good for me. They prepare toner and moisturizer. Thank you.

Room was old and narrow for three beds. However, it is very cozy. Thank you.

friendly staff very good location ( only 3 mins from Mejiro Station)

Cleaning many mold in the bathroom and after taking shawer, water Dotson did not work properly and bath room gets all wet like a small pond.

The location is awesome, right next to the drugstore where you can get all the cosmetics and snacks. The mejiro station has only one exit gate, so it's impossible to get lost. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean. You can even walk to Ikebukuro. The room is more spacious than many other hotels with the same price. Breakfast is served by robot and he's cute. There're also coin washing machine in the hotel , and another laundry right next to the hotel.

it was a spacious room with high ceiling, something very rare in JP. the location was great, near to the mejiro sta.

Everything. Very close to Yamanote Line, 3 minute walk, so you can reach the rest of Tokio quite easily. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is super clean and comfortable. Family Mart is just across the street and it's 24/7. :)

Nothing to mention. It was our first trip to Japan and Mejiro Richmond was an excellent ambassador.

superb location, it’s on the Yamanote Line (green JR line) which is in the same subway line as Shibuya, Yoyogi, Ikebukuro, Ueno and Harajuku. the hotel is also 2 minutes walk away from Mejiro Station and it’s on the same side so there’s no need to cross the street. there are lots of convenience stores, restaurants, massage places and shops nearby. there’s also a supermarket few blocks away. staff were really kind, helpful and friendly. the wifi was really good too - both in the lobby and the hotel room. you can chose whether you want no cleaning, eco cleaning or full clean service everyday. but they definitely make sure to clean your room every 3 days. they have a laundry area in the basement which was very convenient for us. shampoo, conditioner, body wash and many more are all provided as well as night wear. you can ask for a new pair of nightwear every night so no need to bring pyjamas. overall, we really had an amazing stay at this hotel and will definitely stay again when we visit Tokyo!

Overall satisfied staying at the Richmond simple breakfast but good. Room comfortable and clean. 2 minute walk to train station and close to convenients shops. Only downside for us as was no English channels on tv

We like the location - walking distance from the train station, which is a smaller one comparing to other major stations in Tokyo. We found actually that's safer and easier for us to commute for shopping everyday in this trip. The convenience shops next to the hotel can satisfy all daily needs.

We don't have anything particularly dislike. Our stay was pleasant. It's not in a major commercial center - but that's what we prefer. The room size is acceptable - could be tight to someone. If you book, book higher floors with windows and bigger size rooms.
