Hotel its super located, near historic centre in Leon!
Staff was always available
The price was a geat deal
Rooms have no a/c and it was kinda hot specially in the nights while sleeping
The shower had no hot water

The hotel is located right next to the historic center. The room was big and comfortable.
The employee at the reception spoke no English and was a little unfriendly.

good location, security cameras in hallways and thruout the property, free parking next door, friendly staff. cops hang out in the lobby thruout the day.
dirty room could be more clean. poor lighting in room, tv didnt work, pillows were mediocre as was the bed, wifi was like 7 for speed. could have better locks on the door and hallway is loud you can hear the neighboors.

The place is clean and comfortable but honestly I don’t like the old fashioned style. I think you must renew completely. Cafe service is free!
Noisy place with the night’s club front to the property, I traveled around to 6 hours and I wanted rest but that’s wasn’t possible until 1 am.

The room was clean and comfortable, no frills. The water pressure was amazing and hot! Easy access to the zocalo. The staff were professional and friendly.

The hotel was good for the price. The staff was good and help full.
The rooms had no air conditioning the good thing is that I went at a time when it is not to hot.

Everything was working, it's just ok.
The staff said they hadn't received the payment for my booking by Booking.com yet, so I had to wait for two hours without letting me check in... And of course the lady at the counter was kind of rude. The room looked a little bit dated but everything worked well.

The hotel and rooms are very clean, it's in the heart of the center only one block away from the Catherdrial!
The hotel is perfect except it does not have an air conditioning unit, the rooms only have ceiling fans.

The staff were very friendly
I got bed bugs here. I woke up at 3:00am with many large bites. I told the staff and they gave me a new room but I had to move all of my things by myself at that hour.
