The room was clean

The staff couldn't speak a word english, and the cleaners came in the room 30 minutes before check-out time. She was very very rude when I told her we have time left. We where getting ready to go and she didn't want to hear a thing about it. Very annoying and disrespectful. Also we could check out at 12. So she didn't had any right to come in 11:30 and keep knocking the door every 3 minutes after we told her 10 times we are getting ready. Also the air conditioning didn't work.

Petit-dej dans la chambre (pratique mais c'est plus sympa de le prendre à l'extérieur de la chambre dans une pièce avec d'autres personnes)

Very nice hotel, with easy transport to the city center. I really liked it. The staff was also great, I recommend it to everyone.

The air conditioning was the best thing about the room

When we arrived in the taxi from the outside it looked very shabby. The room was very, very basic there was a fridge in the room, but not even a bottle of water in it, there was no kettle to make a hot drink, the bed was very hard, not at all comfortable and what made it worse was the pillow cases had half pillows in, not even a full sized pillow!, to try to make it better we rolled up the spare quilt and put it under our pillows, there was a rip in the quilt cover, and the curtains didn't even fit the window properly, we didn't feel safe when we were told by our Taxi driver that the area was not good for 2 women alone at night. I wouldn't advertise this as a hotel, it should be advertised as a hostel for back packers as this is more of a true discription.

Pros - Location is perfect as the metro station is just across the road - Breakfast was delivered promptly according to the time specified.

Cons - Room was quite dusty when I checked in, I had to notify reception to get it swept. - AC remote control is retained by reception unless you ask for it which makes no sense as its summer! - I got bitten by a mosquito. I saw 6 of them in my room. I told the lady at the reception all she could say was sorry!

Person to whom I spoke at reception was very polite and friendly, putting up with my effort to speak French. Check-in and checkout times are quite generous

A bit noisy, but not overly so

amazing location, great view of the Eiffel Tower just 1 minute from the hotel. lots of places to eat really nearby.

The location was very close to a train station.

The area wasn’t super nice, but it got the job done.
