I was unable to gain access to the balcony of the room which I paid for.
The remote for the television was not working

Location ok and room was clean, it has a nice pool area but limited facilities for the price. Supermarket just over the road.
Tired rooms, shower head trickled, couldn’t open the patio doors despite a nice balcony, lights were not working in reception toilets, pool toilets, and the sink was taped together.
Not sure if breakfast would have been available as no mention of food services and no restaurant facilities on view and. I tea and coffee facilities provided in the room to compensate
This hotel has a lot of potential if money was to be invested

Location and view
Weak amenities. Doors barely locked, front desk operator was not so great, Wi-Fi spotty. For $270 expect a bit more.

Very nice place to stay great view and practical with a small marina

The view was beautiful
The room was infested with roaches, the security of the sliding door was poor and didn't lock. The decor was very out dated. The linen was dingy and unclean to sight. There was mold throughout the room. Scared to sleep due to the bug issue and security of the room. There is no security peep hole on the door.

The breakfast served to order was excellent! The employees all friendly and the view from our room and balcony of the harbor just beautiful!

I loved the fact that it was a historical hotel. It was walking distance from downtown and pubs in eateries. There’s a grocery store right around the corner if you need to stock up with anything.
Overall, I will not stay there again. It was like an abandoned hotel. There is so much potential in that place. If the bar was working, and they had food in the restaurant area, which had no tables or chairs at all, it would make it way better. It would’ve been a better experience. They can do so much more with this place if they were just Have entertainment and a little bit more enthusiasm.

Not much. We seemed to be the only guests there, despite the fact that we got the last 2 rooms. No staff. Woman at check in yelled at me when I asked for directions to my room.
Really no good, from check in to check out. Upon check in, woman at desk yelled at me when I asked for directions to my room. Friend waited at bar for 30 minutes, not seeing a single employee to help. Balcony was sealed shut, couldn't go out to look at the view. View of the water was in fact, a boat junk yard, not actually looking at the sea. Not too many bugs, so that was better than expected at least. Just don't stay here. It wasn't close to anything. The pool didn't work. There was no breakfast, no bar.

I only stayed one night. But the room was clean, quiet for sleeping, the view was very good and the location was convenient to downtown (walk or taxi).
The water pressure was not good. OK for me. But I do not have much hair. :)
My biggest complaint was WiFi availability in the Tortola area. You need 'log into' each restaurant's, bar's, hotel's WiFi you are in. Very annoying.

Great location directly across street from Fort Burt Marine. Stayed night before picking up charter boat.

The only thing I like was the pool and the staff that I encountered were nice.
I find that the property is very outdated and need a lot of work done.

Excellent AC, great view, value. The cook is very good and she could surely make a bigger range of menu offerings. Friendly staff all around.
Rooms could use a little paint and upgrades, one tub needed replacing of two rooms we rented. You have a unique location and classic architecture to take advantage of. Realize resources may be tight. Nothing wrong that would keep us from future stays.

Views from the balconies were fantastic. The pool is nice, if small. The staff here is absolutely wonderful to work with. They're friendly and willing to help always.
there were a few insects in the bathroom.

This is a cute little place family run hotel. It's old but clean. The AC works and the view from our room was outstanding. The cook does everything so she wanted a specific time that we would dine. She set up our table with a white tablecloth close to the open air wall so we could watch the sunset over the water. It was so romantic! We enjoyed visiting with her.
It's not really close to anything. We walked to downtown but it felt a little dangerous because there are hardly any sidewalks and the streets are narrow. You definitely would not want to do it with luggage.
The hotel itself is on a hill and there are a lot of stairs which are unavoidable. No one offered to bring our luggage to the room, which I would have expected.
