Great location. Everyone was very helpful. Lots of wonderful restaurants and tours available within walking distance. Beautiful city. We found it cold when we first arrived. The host was helpful with all our requests. More closet space in each bedroom would have been nice.

This apartment is in an ideal location—close to many sites, restaurants, shopping —and accommodated our family of seven very well. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect. Communication with the property managers was easy, friendly and helpful. Property was great! Location was great. Spacious for our party of 6. Kids loved the bedroom for 3!! The street continues to be somewhat lively until around midnight or so….with some tourist activity and some local musicians. I found this to be something I enjoyed. If you’re looking for silence….this might not be ideal…however, if you close the windows it really does close out a lot of the noise. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a very warm welcome from Anna (and Marta), even though we arrived a bit earlier than we'd said. Made a difference to be shown around the facilities and have some guidance on best local shops etc. The flat is really well located for access to the city centre. Decor a bit jaded but all functional and clean.

We enjoyed this property mainly for it's lively location. Lots of shops, sights, and restaurant options around. Short walk to the square to grab a Uber if needed. The apartment was well appointed, but a bit dated compared to the pictures. The beds could be more comfortable. It was great that the rental office was located in the same building. All staff members were very professional, kind, and helpful. There was a wine, sparkling water, and coffee waiting for us on arrival. Great start to our stay.

The LV Premier staff (in particular Ana A. and Sandra) went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From receiving and holding packages on our behalf in advance of our trip to the generous coffee, wine, nuts, and fruit gift that we were greeted with upon check-in, the staff was very responsive, thoughtful, and kind. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of five with a beautiful view of the Carmo Convent from the kitchen window. We had all the amenities needed to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was perfect and convenient. We would definitely stay at the apartment again.

Unless you want the night life until 6:00 am, we recommend shutting the windows and shutters and using the a/c. Wish we had known the first night. Otherwise perfect.

Very clean and located perfectly in the center of the best areas of Lisbon. Staff was friendly, accommodating and genuinely cared about ensuring our experience was the best it could be. A wonderful home base for our stay in Portugal.

Hopefully, this process can be improved in the near future for all non-Portuguese customers. * Check-out before 8 am would cost extra; which I didn't recall seeing on the on-line contract or LV Premier app. Other Apt. that we stayed in Porto allows this express check out without any issue.

We rented this apartment for 6 people. My family of 4 (2 teenage daughters) and my parents. The place was very nice and was the perfect size for the 6 of us. I had arranged for a late check in as we were supposed to arrive around 1:00 am. We had a flight cancelled and a very long delay and when our flight did arrive the following day, Rogerio was there to check us in at 4:30 am. He was very accommodating and went over all of the details for the property. He was quite informative about the area and very helpful. There was also a small welcome package with a bottle of wine, some sparkling water and coffee. This was much appreciated since our arrival time did not allow us to pick up any basics. The property is exactly as pictured with a view to the old church from the kitchen window . This was our first trip to Lisbon and I was so glad I went with this place because the location, for us, couldn't be beat. We were able to walk to all of the sights we wanted to see and there were tons of shops and restaurants right outside the front door. Because of the flight cancellation we were shorted a day in the city so it was go, go , go and the location enabled us to get it all in. I am also pretty picky about cleanliness and aesthetics and this place met my expectations. Don't hesitate to book this apartment if you are planning to visit Lisbon!

Although the apartment was large, spacious, and well equipped the only negative was the noise outside. There were bands out the front and back of the apartment until midnight every night. The rugs and floor were dirty. The staff were very helpful as for helping us find a wheelchair and hospital.

Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La sua posizione centrale permette la visita della città a piedi. Naturalmente tutti i mezzi di trasporto sono facilmente raggiungibili. La sera, basta uscire di casa e si subito immersi nel fascino notturno di Lisbona.

Wonderful property. Terrifically located. Well equipped

Wonderful apartment centrally located in the heart of the city. We arrived late and were warmly greeted and shown around the apartment. Three couples were traveling Europe and the rooms were made up with queen beds in each. We also had a very early departure and she met us at the appartment and kindly made arrangements for a driver to take us to the airport. Our group originally had reservations at a luxury hotel which we benefited in canceling and staying at the apartment. You can't go wrong in staying here.

Great Apartment, Great Location. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is hard to imagine a better location. Check -in was well organized and lovely. No complaints-would stay here again in a heart beat!

A lovely and extremely clean and well kept apartment in the best possible location in Lisbon. It's right in the middle of the city so you're so close to absolutely everything you could need. The apartment itself had more than enough room and amenities for all 9 of us. Would definitely recommend to a big group of travellers, though the noise of the city centre can be difficult at times, the location makes up for it. Host was also very accommodating throughout.

We had difficulty getting into the apartment after a long train ride from the south but Jose and his assistant were extremely helpful. Great location, convenient. I would suggest the light in the master be removed because at night it is a nuisance as the blue light hits from air conditioner. Overall fabulous trip and lisbon is a wonderful vacation. Would highly recommend. They had basic amenities on arrival like coffee so you don't have to rush out. restaurants are plenty nearby, metro is so close, shopping is too close!!! we would visit again.

We loved our stay in Lisbon and would definitely return to the same unit. It is in the central neighborhood of Biaxa easy walking distance to Alfama and Barrio Alto as well as to public transportation and the trolley lines. It was nice to have all the amenities of home instead of staying at a hotel. No shortage of places to eat if you don't care to avail yourself of the units kitchen. Occasional street entertainment right outside the door added to the fun. We were two couples traveling together and Lisbon was a highlight.

The property is at a great location and is located on a busy street with easy access to Metro, train and taxi. We were received by a very nice lady who spoke a bit of English and was most helpful in getting us settled in. She was also available on time when we left to take the keys from us. The unit is beautiful with wood floors and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and quite large and the beds were comfortable. There were five of us and both couples and the single all got separate rooms. Internet was mostly good with patches where it would disappear. TV and DVD worked and the living area was quite cozy and welcoming. Overall we were very happy to have rented this unit and would be happy to rent again on a future visit.
