There was no microwave in the room or the hotel for that matter.

Location was very convenient to find when arriving into Jersey. We were able to walk to Newark Penn Station and back (we walked back to the hotel at almost 1am and being two women, felt very safe) with ease. The front desk staff was also very nice and accommodated our early check in after our plane arrive at almost 11am.

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was that they offer a airport shuttle, but because our flights were not between the hours of 7am and midnight, we couldn’t utilize it— something they don’t tell you prior to booking. We also had a terrible night’s sleep despite the bed being comfortable because other guests were having extremely loud conversations right outside of our room’s door, and this was on level two. We were awake and disturbed for one of the three hours we had to actually rest before catching our plane back out of Newark.

Super modernes Hotel. Alles sehr sauber, nette Mitarbeitende. Man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten an der NEWARK PENN STATION und kann mit der PATH direkt zu 9/11 fahren und mit der NEC direkt zum Madison Square Garden. Hatten ein riesiges Zimmer mit Blick auf die Skyline New Yorks. Das WLAN ist gut, Parkplätze sind vorhanden, den Flughafen Transfer haben wir nicht genutzt. Sind vom EWR für 20$ mit dem Uber gefahren.

Alles war wunderbar. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen! :-)

Staff were amazing as was the room.

Before I arrived I tried repeatedly to contact the hotel but never got a single reply. This would have helped with my disability and to tell me about the shuttle. Ao I spent a lot of money on travel unnecessarily

It was close to the prudential center for my concert

I didn't like the fact I have to pay for parking. Additional charge

I loved the location..it was right next to Prudential Center. The murals of the celebrities were cool I was on the floor with Whitney Houston. I also liked the closet mirror and the fact that there was an iron board and iron and a soft bed.. I also love the fact that they were already Waters in the refrigerator chilling for me and two on the table next to the coffee.

I did not like how I was not greeted by the front desk receptionist. There was no document given to me about the hours of operation or gym times and the receptionist spoke so fast I wanted to try to write some stuff down but she seems like she was impatient...... When I call downstairs just to ask about breakfast again no one answered the phone I called 2 to 3 times back to back and nobody picked up my phone call.
