Spacious rooms, lots of bathrooms, and a good outdoors space

The rooms were sparse and clinical, little charm to the place. The pool is not heated, and shared with neighboring properties, so it's a game of chance as to how busy it is. Most frustrating is the vague additional costs: a daily charge for gas, a substantial cleaning fee (despite requesting we conduct many chores on departure) and an unexplained 'service charge' per day. The host also lightly threatened us about rubbish disposal stating "it's 50€ per bag that you leave behind". The biggest problem here though, is that the trash disposal you're supposed to drop off is over 3km away. Given the high price we paid for this property, I fail to see what 'service' we were offered here.

Nice location, great view, nice pool, clean.

Three bedrooms in the basement, not enough culery and other kitchen material, furniture in poor condition, various things broken (but fixed quickly), a host more engaged with his phone than the guest in front of him.
