Recepção, check-in desagradável, viajamos em família para comemoração ao dia das mães, deram mimo a todas as mães, menos a nossa família, e tinha vários mimos disponíveis, meu marido perguntou e o senhor que fez o check-in igonorou, logo em seguida nos encaminhou para o concierge, alegado que era prática do hotel o check-in de duas etapas, sendo que na verdade era para vender o plano deles, assistir uma palestra. Foi bem demorado, cansativo e a abordagem do concierge foi desagradável, queria impor um produto de forma muito impertinente, o tempo todo desfazendo da cor da pulseira de identificação da gente. Colchão da cama de péssima qualidade, ficamos com dor de coluna. Produtos de higiene do banheiro com cheiro ruim, ainda bem que sempre levamos o nosso kit. O ar condicionado parecia uma sucata velha fazendo barulho horrível, o gesso ao redor dele estava quase caindo e fazia a grade que sair a ventilação fazer muitoooo barulho, tipo ar condicionado central antigo que você tenta controlar a temperatura e ela não condiz com o que está marcando. Foi muito desconfortável dormir.

Piscina, disponibilidade de toalhas na piscina, qualidade das toalhas, do colchão e das roupas de cama. A maioria dos garçons e funcionários é bem simpática.
Após o check-in, somos encaminhados a um "concierge", que na verdade é um vendedor que tenta empurrar um "programa de vantagens" da rede do hotel. Ao demonstramos desinteresse, sentimos uma certa hostilidade por parte do funcionário. Cruzamos com ele diversas vezes durante a estadia, o que foi bastante desagradável.

Quando fia a reserva de dois apartamentos e site do Boking não me da opção de reservar dois apartamentos com vista para o mar. Foi muito ruim ficar num apartamento vista Dunas. Tão quente a tarde que meu esposo ontem amanheceu doente com tosse e hoje esta com sinusite. Tentei fazer a reserva umas 20 vezes com dois apartamentos vista para o mar e o booking não permitia e no hotel tinha apartamento vago o site não deixava. E o hotel não deixou mesmo eu pagando a diferença trocar o apartamento para um do lado da sombra. Foi desagradavel demais. Meu esposo agora esta doente por uma acomodação muito quente e olhe que fomos comemorar os 70 anos dele.
De não conseguir fazer a reserva de dois apartamentos vista para o mar e ficar num apartamento muito quente. Eu tenhoo 70 anos e meu esposo estava a completar 70 anos.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wir hatten ein Zimmer neben einer Familie mit 2 Babys. Wir haben die Babies permanent gehört. Das Badezimmer war funktional.

Gostei muito do wi fi do hotel. Realmente funciona muito bem em todos os ambientes. Ótima localização, em frente ao mar.
O check-in foi confuso e extremamente demorado. Depois quiseram nos encaminhar de imediato para falar com pessoas do serviço de executive guests, como se fosse protocolo do check-in. Tudo muito demorado, desagradável, inoportuno e irritante. Um ponto extremamente negativo são as poucas cadeiras ao redor da piscina. Mesmo o hotel não estando cheio, faltavam cadeiras no entorno da piscina. Se o hóspede chegar ao local depois das 9 da manhã não conseguirá mais lugar até o fim do dia. O bar do lobby, pelo que percebi, só funciona de noite. O quarto, embora limpo, tem aspecto antigo e mobília básica, não tendo sequer espelho ou gavetas. No quarto 645, onde se hospedaram meus filhos, o olho mágico da porta foi colocado de modo invertido, de maneira que quem olhe por ele de fora para dentro vê bem todo o quarto. A conferência do frigobar é grosseira e inoportuna. Praticamente invadem o quarto. Mas o que mais nos decepcionou foi o jantar estilo buffet no restaurante ao lado da piscina. Reservamos con meia pensão e praticamente não conseguimos jantar. Ambiente quente e abafado, mesmo de noite, sem ar condicionado, pouquíssimas opções no buffet e comida muito ruim, sem reposição adequada. Não vale a pena reservar com meia pensão. No geral, o hotel tem um padrão 3 estrelas com uma piscina grande e localizado em frente ao mar. O custo-benefício é péssimo. Os drinks e petiscos são muito caros, muito além do valor de mercado no Nordeste, mesmo para hotéis ditos 5 estrelas.

It is a decent hotel but definitely not a 5 star.
The only restaurant available until 3:00pm is a buffet. The concierge gave wrong informations. The reception took too long for the check in and was never interested to help. Breakfast is poor in variety. Not enough chairs in the pool area. Food in the bar takes 40 minutes to arrive, even a simple lemonade!

El lugar es perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia. Ideal para niños. Hay animadores durante varias horas a lo largo del día. La ubicación es excelente. Los cuartos están bastante bien y son amplios. El servicio de limpieza es rápido y están permanentemente disponibles para reponer toallas o productos que puedan faltar en el frigobar. El área de la piscina es muy linda. La comida es bastante variada tanto en el desayuno como en el buffet.
Fui en temporada alta y el hotel estaba en el máximo de ocupación. Las áreas comunes creo que no están preparadas para tanta gente. Los huéspedes se levantaban temprano para reservar reposeras (ponían una toalla o algún elemento personal para guardar el lugar). Si ibas 7:30 de la mañana ya no encontrabas lugar. Creo que el hotel debería tomar alguna medida al respecto o ampliar el área de la piscina. En la playa habían solo 5 sombrillas. El salón para desayunar tenía mesas muy grandes para 8 personas. Con lo cual siempre estaba todo ocupado. Incluso algunas personas compartían mesa con desconocidos. Imagino que en temporada baja esto no pasa.

I really enjoying staying there. The staff were extremely friendly, polite end helpful. The breakfast is amazing with a great variety of local cosine. The recreation for kids was great! My kids really enjoying tio Parafuso e a tia Alegria, they were so friendly and nice with my kids. We could see that they really enjoy what they do! I really recommend Wish Natal! It is worth it spending time there!
I don't have anything to say that I did not like in the hotel. Everything was very good! I highly recommend the hotel :D

O hotel é bonito, o quarto espaçoso e tem uma vista fenomenal! Café da manhã delicioso, piscinas convidativas, jardim com redes, saída direto na praia.
Não tínhamos internet no quarto e não adiantou reclamar. Como pretendíamos estudar nas horas vagas, usamos nosso 3g. Achei muito caro o preço do almoço, não deu pra encarar.

There’s a cross-selling of their Exclusive Guest program that make you invest lot of time to get a “bonus”. In the end I get a massage for two, but was almost impossible find a slot to use it. The program itself was super expensive and I feel like I lost 2 hours.

Reception is a nightmare. Elevators often stop working, even shutting people inside.
Staff service is really terrible, first of all it took us 40 minutes to check in at the reception, for no particular reason, just extremely inefficient! After finally getting the room card, we were told by the staff at the reception that we needed to go to another reception next to the hall to check in and confirm. Although we could finally sit down here, the receptionist asked us to register everyone’s ID information again and fill in a new inquiry form. He claimed that there is no permission to share information with the reception registration, so we need to do it again here! He want to know about the length of our stay and our plans for traveling in Natal. I guess this so called second reception is just an agency trying to get tourists. But at the hotel reception more than two staff claimed it was official and necessary. Even after the long journey we were visibly exhausted.
The day before we left, we declared to the reception that we needed an invoice for the accommodation fee (the accommodation fee had been paid before check-in), but the same unimaginable inefficiency happened again. After the formalities were completed on the day of check-out, we were forced to stand in front of the reception counter and wait for more than 1 hour to get the accommodation invoice. The reason was that the staff claimed that the invoice could not be provided on the spot. This time I understood the reason for the inefficiency of the reception, the manager of the reception always seemed in a bad mood, he didn't want to do anything, didn't want to show even polite respect to the customers, made mistakes just filling out the invoices, he was obviously completely tired of the job. If you plan on staying here, please don't catch a flight, no one cares about your time.

Room with very poor maintenance, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the smell is bad and to compensate they put disinfectant with a very strong smell and for those of us who have allergies, it's terrible.
Also, the room is close to the elevator, which has an arrival notice on a very high floor. Compromised night's sleep waking up every time it rang.
Bathroom did not come with soap or shampoo.

In our aunt's room, we begged to set the TV opening for her to watch, until I went there myself and did the job.
Detail is that on the day, a very attentive guy came to ask for feedback. But she was of no use.
Hotel says right at the entrance 100% some free, right at Janay there were people smoking freely in the grass and nobody said anything. And the smell entered the restaurant.
In the SPA poorly structured sauna, melting plastic piece, loose wood, poor quality material and pool with the smell of old water.
Concierge offered us a gift of Greek courtesy to dedicate 45 min of our time for a commercial team to offer an absurd time sharing plan! It ended up being 3 hours! Ridiculous proposal.
We are disgusted with the dinner, plus the service is really bad. Bad air conditioning system, we had to change tables so as not to freeze the food, and when we asked to turn it off, we were ignored. In addition to dirty bowls that my wife had the displeasure of accidentally using. The chaos.

The room service/ a la carte options need to be expanded. I spent 1 week with breakfast included and can say I ordered pretty much everything off the menu during my meals. Maybe a daily special can be an option to add variety to the food options available for those who didn’t book full pension. Also the room service can be improved, I allowed myself one hour in advance before i ordered anything to eat.
Another worrying aspect is the concierge service: stay away. It’s not a concierge service but rather staff trying aggressively to sell you things. I repeat: aggressive, unnecessary and overbearing.

In general the hotel is very clean, the comum areas are very well maintained, clean and organized.
The bathroom inside the room needs to be cleaned better, they have lots of mode in the shower, looks disgusting. That needs to be improved.

Very nice location and very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good. The location is perfect directly at the beach and the view from our room was very nice.
During the check in process we were transfered to a special desk to complete the checkin and it turned out that we got an invitation for a special breakfast next day. During this breakfast a lot of questions were asked and it was clear that at the end this was a sales approach. The whole procedure took 2 hours or so and at the end we were asked to invest in their hotel bonus program (500.000 points for about 92.000 Bras Real). We refused the offer and this was accepted without giving any pressure on us. As a compensation for our time we gained 2 x 25min Expressmassage in the SPA.
In our room the toilet was not working from the second day of our stay. After we ctc the hotel staff the problem was solved but only for short time. In total we had 4-5 times the same problem.

staff in the morning shift are very nice - 10/10. They are all very helpful and super polite.
The staff at Night Shift are extremely bad. It took us 1 hour to do the check in, after that we decided to order food. After 1h and 30 min the food wasn’t delivered in the room, we needed to cancel and go to sleep.

This is a beautiful resort with nice rooms and a large pool. The employees are friendly and very helpful. It's on the beach and has direct access which makes it feel like it's a private beach. We didn't travel with children but it appears very child friendly. The all-inclusive catering certainly offered many options for kids. It's only 40 minutes by taxi from the airport and Uber is available in the area.
There were a few negatives. There are not enough elevators at 'peak' times and you'll be waiting a bit to get to where you're going. The food is only reasonable, with the breakfast variety being the best. We went for the half-board option which was a good decision. We ate out for lunch each day which gave better variety. The pool bar food was not good quality and offered very little choice. After 3 days, we didn't want to eat there again. Dinner/lunch offered some basic options and seems to repeat a lot over the week we were there. There is also a shortage of sun loungers, and many people get up early (6 to 7am) to get their towels, etc. down to 'reserve' a place. Although this isn't allowed, it's not checked or enforced. We also found that there wasn't enough staff who spoke Spanish or English. Perhaps they prefer Brazilian guests only. The resort is a good distance from the town and one needs to move by car/taxi without a doubt. Finally, watch out for the 'free' photo offer. It's an upsell they use to get you to do a photo shoot and pay a lot to get the final photos. It's a wonderful treat, but far too expensive for the quality at the end.
