the best part - we were upgraded to family suite from the regular suite that we had booked thanks to manager Mr Hatem.
1. room is large & comfortable.
2. breakfast spread is good.
3. 10mins walking distance from mashreq metro station & 15mins walking distance from mall of emirates.

1. room over looks the adjoining hotel.
2. though the breakfast spread is good but its the same most of the days. so you run out of options if you staying for long.
3. the pool is not heated (atleast for asians temperature requirement) since its on the terrace, it gets colder with the breeze blowing. even after several request they could not get the heater working which was The Major Bummer.
4. the shower cubicle in the room is tad bit small, so Plus size guest will have challenges in the space :)

Location is very good tho driving there can be a hassle with relatively busy traffic depending on times of day.
Fittings of the room starting to show its age. Shower door was not fitted properly causing water to leak out. Bathroom was also quite small and TV channels not at par with other hotels. Staff not too friendly , had an unwelcome feeling on our stay.

Good breakfast, lovely staff.
Was first given a smoking room, when I don’t smoke. The non smoking room I was then allocated was still a little bit musty and felt a bit damp.

Big Lobby Area ...
Breakfast - We did not even have on the 3rd and 4th day ... Avoided and had at a nearby restaurant. The shower area of Room 122 was not draining and nothing was done about it even after reminders. There was a bedbug on the pillow. And the person at the door was even waiting for my old parents to load the luggage on their own..

first of all I’d like to say the staff was really good especially Mr zeeshan and miss Sarah,they were really helpful to us and made our stay perfect.Secondly the breakfast was amazing and the location is also great as we are really close to mall of emirates and a lot of other things are available down there.

room were spacious, when open 2 large siitcase still can walk around. location right off the high way, Carrefour supermkt right next door, hv take away shop nearby open til late, phamacy at street behide, Then the Emirate shopping mall just 10min across main road.

Spacious room and really clean. The diversity of food at breakfast motivated me to have a good breakfast although I am not a breakfast person. The location of the hotel is very convenient for shopping and eating outside - 2-3 minutes to the Mall of Emirates and to the Metro. With the Metro i can go to many places in Dubai.

We stay 4 days at Novotel Suits Dubai. The hotel is walkable distance from metro. The hotel staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is also good.

the location and the room itself it’s good
however , it has a strange smell, though it was clean .
but the worst part is our experience with key, every time when we went out - key didn’t work. we have to go down to fix it 4 times for 24 hours.
at the end , our checkout time was 12, we went to pool and come back at 11:45 to take our staff and check out and the key was revoked already . fix it
