Great location, very clean, nice bed, great value!

Tiny bathroom. I mean, it was clean and it works, but really awkward and small. Other rooms might differ. Not a big deal.

I love this apartament. I've been to Larnace four times, and it was the best hotel. Best location and best view. I traveled alone, but I bet on a comfort and a good space, so I decided to take this one bedroom apartament. It's important to me to wake up in the morning and have a beautiful view. I recommend my family and all my friends. I'll be back. I would like to add that there is a high standard of customer service and communication very nice and quick.

The smallest bathroom I ever seen. If You are over weight probably U will not be able to get in to the bathroom. Washing face come together with washing feets

having no reception was a problem as I didn't receive notification of my access code or room number prior to travelling. To gain access when we arrived we had to ask the neighboring bar owner who then contacted the owners.

Location is the thing. Cross street to Sea. Nice small apartment with basic necessities. Actually fairly quiet with all the bars and restaurants close.

The room was fine and the staff were friendly. My complaint is that I didnt get what I paid for. The room is advertised as being self catering but I had to ask for dishes and pans. At first they refused. They then grudgingly did so but on condition that I didnt tell anyone else! I refused that condition. There are no laundry facilities. The air conditioning failed twice and had a bright light that meant that the room was never really dark. I asked how to switch this off but they couldn't. The ac unit was also directly above the bed and I often woke up with a sore throat/dry mouth.

The room was very nice and tidy when we arrived. I liked that it has color LED lighting. When we arrived, it was surprising that we should have brought a travel adapter because otherwise we would not be able to charge our electronic devices here. Two of these are provided by the property for the room. We rented a studio with "partial sea views". It was very nice from the balcony to the sea and the beach, it was also a wonderful experience with a partial view. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances. A pair of electric hobs, small fridge, adequate lighting, enough cupboard. I also mention purity as a positive. The room was always clean. The apartment was a 1 minute walk from the beach and is in an incredibly good location. From the airport, the 425 Bus reached the beach in 15 minutes, from where you had to walk another 5 minutes to the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants on the street where the apartment is located. On the top floor you can go out to the balcony where you have a beautiful view. Plenty of sun loungers are available if you want to relax.

There was no pan, so we couldn’t cook. The bathroom was very small, even a person could hardly fit. The code for the room was sent to the apartment by email, giving you access to your access card. There was no staff at the reception due to COVID-19 so you could not hand over your card if you left. I would have been pleased if the door had worked with a digital code because you couldn’t change the code for the manual.

Everything else about it was Amazing! Great value for money, location, the staff were very nice and helpful all the time. I Stayed twice within one month and definitely would go back again whenever I am In Larnaca!

There is no to little utilities in the kitchen. Bathroom is very small and sometimes the water is warm not very hot.
