Yemekler, hizmet , havuz , çalışanlar her şey çok iyiydi. Oda temizliği yapan çalışan çok ilgili ve güler yüzlülerdi. Temizlikten memnun kaldık. Mısır’a gelmeden Arap Mutfağında kullanılan baharatlar konusunda endişeliydik ama birçok çeşit mutfağa ait yemek sürekli çıktığı için çok memnun kaldık. A la carte restaurantlardan çok keyifliydi. Özellikle Mongolian ve Egypt restoranları. 2024 Ocak sonu konaklamamıza rağmen hava sıcaklığı ortalama 20-23 dereceydi. Havanın serin olmasına rağmen, ısıtmalı havuzlar sayedinde rahatça havuza girebildik. İskeleden geçerek, denize girdiğinizde muhteşem renkli balıkların bulunduğu mercan resiflerini gözlemleyebiliyorsunuz. Resepsiyonda ki çalışanlar erken check-in ve geç check-out için bize yardım etmeleri, hizmet kalitelerinin bir göstergesiydi. Herkese tavsiye ederiz.

The property was lovely as we had a wonderful view that allowed us to overlook the swimming pool and the sunset

Service was exceptional, with every staff member displaying a level of professionalism and warmth that made us feel truly valued as guests. I must give a special mention to El Sayed from Jewels restaurant, Miami and his team. Additionally, we were very grateful to the front office team. The FOM Badr, allowed us late checkout. This small gesture made a big difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy our last day at yhe hotel without feeling rushed. The staff enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Staff were very attentive. The atmosphere is amazing. I really enjoyed myself. As a solo traveler. I really enjoyed it. And felt very safe at all time. Security wouldn’t let me leave until I told them where I was going and when I’d be back

Yemek çeşitliliği çok fazlaydı, deniz temiz ve olağan üstüydü. Havuzların ısıtmalı olması bebeğimizin rahatça havuza girmesi için elverişliydi. Resepsiyonda ki çalışanlar erken check in için bize yardım ettiler. Room keeper da Ramy e çok teşekkür ederim. Genel olarak personeller güler yüzlüydü.

All staff were so helpful and friendly. Everywhere was so clean. Plenty of bars, so no queues anywhere.

La posizione del Resort è ottima, non troppo distante dall'aeroporto e vicino al centro. Ci sono aree vicine al mare (e piscine) per le famiglie, e anche quelle interdette ai bambini per chi vuol stare tranquillo. Ottimi tutti i servizi, il cibo è molto vario e può accontentare tutti i gusti. La struttura ci è sembrata abbastanza recente e molto ben tenuta. Degna di nota la piscina con gli scivoli. Abbiamo dormito in una family suite che era molto spaziosa e abbastanza pulita, i letti sono comodi e grandi. Lo staff è davvero molto cordiale: sanno tutti (almeno) l'inglese e molti possono comunicare in italiano.

È un resort internazionale: questo comporta che ci siano ospiti con sensibilità ed educazione diverse dalle nostre. Naturalmente questo non è un addebito da rivolgere al resort, ma è una cosa di cui tenere conto. Abbiamo soggiornato durante il capodanno; la gestione del cenone è migliorabile: da parte di Booking, perché la prenotazione non era completa, e abbiamo dovuto pagare l'extra per il cenone del bambino di 9 anni; da parte del resort perché il buffet del cenone è stato parecchio incasinato, e - soprattutto - il tendone destinato all'evento dopo 6 giorni non era stato ancora smontato, a discapito dell'immagine e dell'utilizzo dei campi da tennis. Migliorerei e amplierei l'offerta dei cuscini, ne avrei voluto uno più sottile. Ad ogni modo, i problemi più grossi sono ai buffet: dessert e antipasti freddi non sono MAI descritti; bisogna indovinare cosa sia quello che vedi nei piatti. Oltre a ciò, da nessuna parte sono scritti gli allergeni, mettendo in seria difficoltà chi ha restrizioni alimentari.

Better than expected, nice rooms, clean rooms and clean hotel. Smells lovely, friendly helpful staff. Options of 24hr bar, late night food, a la carte restaurants, adults only pool and beach loungers. Great massages from spa! Egyptian wine is good. There needs to be some professional pictures of hotel, its looks better than what is advertised. Need to promote it better.

Food was great and fresh however Some Cakes don’t taste like sponge, very dry, don’t taste like chocolate, sometimes the fried potatoes are soggy not crispy. Labelling of foods needs to be better in English. Bed sheets weren’t super soft Egyptian cotton as I would have expected being in Egypt.

Property is very well designed and conditioned. Beach, pools, bars and restaurants are all very well maintained. I spend very good time in this hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Badr from Front Office!

The resort is stunningly beautiful with even better staff. I had the best time here, the food was super amazing, the a la carte restaurants had mouth watering food, the best I’ve had in my whole trip.

Sunrise Diamond we was staying in a Swim Up room. The comfort level of simply jumping from the bed into the pool is a extraordinary experience, simply amazing. The several options beside buffet restaurant in form of a la carte Italian, Indian, Mongolian and Fish give you enough options to have even on a longer stay a very good selection of different food experiences. The quality was realy good ! Team was very friendly and helpful all the time.....

The breakfast did lack somehow of options that suite Italian or German demand !

Sunrise Diamond Beach is a gem! Beautiful resort, very clean (kudos to Ahmed in Section 10, he kept my room spotless), food on-point. The a la carte restaurants were easy to book. Snorkeling was out of this world. The gentlemen working the front desk were always courteous and professional, and happy to help. I would return here in a heartbeat if it weren't so darn far away from the USA.

The warm water in the shower could have been slightly warmer. I understand that when it's 40 C outside (or hotter) in July/August, you may not want a hot shower, but in late November, hot showers are nice. That's it, the only thing I have that approximates a complaint

1- All staff members starting from the GM (Mr. Ramy), Mr. Rafaat Khalil (Head quality Dept.), Mr. Moh Taher (First front officer) the first person send me an e-mail directly after I finish my reservation through Booking, all the others in different restaurants, beach, different bars. ALL WERE SMILY PERSONS, they did everything for us to enjoy our vacation. Thanks for all of them

Receiving a message from reception prior to arrival was great. The entrance to the hotel was magical and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. We were seated for the check in and given welcome drinks. All the staff were always so friendly and helpful always smiling. I had a hamam & massage with Nadia which was amazing. The lady that booked my hamam poolside was so lovely and gave a mini shoulder massage and Yasmin who booked my friends facial threaded my brows. The food variety was great something for everyone and the chefs were so nice waiters. Ahmed in buffet where we sat outside in mornings always remembered our drink orders. The rooms were exceptionally clean with all toiletries provided even the public toilets around the complex smelt amazing and was very clean beautiful tiles. The swim up room was just perfect. I can't recommend this place enough, the shops on site has great variety for souvenirs and basic needs. The views are beautiful and beach. Thank you so much to every staff for the most wonderful time. (9125) I will most definitely be back to stay again in future. Insha'Allah

There isn't anything I can think of that I didn't like, maybe having to go home. :( I truly was very happy with my entire stay and so was my 16yr old son.

Hotel was amazing! Very clean, variety of food choice and a la carte restaurants you can book for evening dinning for free if you go all inclusive. The staff were fantastic from the managers, reception staff, waiters in restaurants, bar staff, room cleaner, animation team list goes on.. literally, they cant do enough for you. Best hospitality!! The managers check in on you every so often personally. Lovely hotel resort. Beautiful scenery, nice pools. Hotel is big but you navigate pretty quickly. Beach was lush. Great views of the sea also. Can not wait to return. X

Відпочинок у цьому готелі був неймовірний. Приїхали ми о 10, нам одразу видали браслети провели на сніданок та дозволили користуватися всіма послугами готелю до поселення в номер, а офіційний чек-ін проходить з 14.00 ( це величезний плюс готелю за таку клієнтоорієнтовність). Гарний, привітний персонал. Доглянута, гарна та квітуча територія. Прибирання в номері щодня. Різноманітна смачна кухня. Ми приїхали відпочити від шуму, а наш номер як раз знаходився у віддаленому кутку, куди не долинали музика та дитячий галас. Наш номер був з виходом на бассейн та частковим виглядом на море, неймовірна краса світанків та заходів. Обов'язково повернемось ще.

Було декілька незначних дрібниць (наприклад, постіль, хоча і випрана, але вже втомлена великою кількістю прання, це стосується і халатів). Проте була 1 причина, за що не можу оцінити відпочинок на 10 і вимушена зняти 1 бал - це вартість таксі до аеропорту ( 800 фунтів це занадто. Чому б не зробити для ваших гостей трансфер до аеропорту за 300?, як беруть таксисти за межами готелю, щоб це не виглядало як грабунок і не затьмарювало такі приємні враження від відпочинку?! Проведіть своїх гостей в аеропорт з честю)!!! Дякую.

Отель очень большой, зеленый. Территория постоянно убирается, персонал приветливый, по любому вопросу стараются помочь. Очень много красивых локаций, сможете пополнить ваш инстаграм чудесными фотографиями. На пляже есть небольшие песчаные лагуны, для детей помладше подойдут для плавания. Риф красочный, с рыбками. Питание стандартное для Египта, понравились перепелки на гриле и индийский ресторан а ля карт.

Алкоголь тут не импортный. Но это у 99% отелей в Египте.

Every part of our stay was perfect. From even before we arrived, Taher looked after us arranging for effortless transfers and providing some incredibly helpful information. The place itself is unbelievable. The facilities are perfect, and the staff are all incredibly kind and helpful at all times, providing the best service. We would recommend this location to anyone who wishes to have a luxury break, where you are treated like royalty throughout. The Jacuzzi room is amazing, and provides an incredible view to the ocean. The restaurants are all amazing and the facilities through to the beach are perfect. Could not recommend it highly enough!
