beautiful hotel next to the lake , with lovely restaurant and delightful pool

Great location in West lake area. Lovely outlook onto the lake. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was excellent. The gym was really good. Best in the area. Although we didn’t swim or golf it looked great and wish we had more time to do it.

The hotel is situated on the lake with excellent views especially from the lap pool which is superbly maintained. The gym is one of the best equipped I’ve encountered at any hotel. If you play golf you’ll love driving balls (they are lighter) into the lake. Our room was quite large and well equipped and comfortable. A big shout out to the front desk and bellmen.

They are quite guarding of the coffee pot at morning breakfast.

There is no basic shampoo in the room.

The view is just spectacular, the room was well equipped for and you can take a bath while looking out on the West lake.

The staff didn’t explain things clearly, it felt rushed. the lock in the room isn’t possible to lock for safety reasons but it wasn’t possible to even close the door stopper which was a bit uncomfortable.
